The Star

Following The Tower and all its tragedy, The Star is meant to represent the hope for rebirth and renewal after life-altering turmoil. It's a card for fresh start. You have survived the worst that life can throw at your and now its the time to heal with the help of those your trust. Be at peace.

I had a little fun playing with the meaning of this card in regards to Ophelia while also also including imagery that is... a bit unsettling! She's healing but she's still VERY unwell. Full of rage.

Also included a version without the fancy tarot card fixings because I've been toying with Ophelia's design <3 "Pearl of Teirm" and all that.

There is something very strange about that dear Lady Immogen.

I like to imagine that Brom still got to see and participate in some of Eragons firsts. Like the village is sitting around a campfire and Brom tells one of his stories and little Eragon wriggles free from his aunts grasps and waddles over to him- his first steps. And Brom gets to catch him and everyone thinks it's just cute but Brom, on the inside, is so happy that Eragons first steps were towards him.

Canon divergence where everything is the same except Carn lives.

started thinking of names for the animatic script and I went “maybe I’ll call it ‘Brothers by the Moon’ as a reference to their mother, Selena” and then something in my brain broke

major theme of the book being CYCLES the series is named the Inheritance CYCLE and their mother is named SELENA as in SELENE as in “titan goddess of the moon” and “personification of life’s constant changes” and the MOON is every changing in its shape but it REPEATS and REPEATS and REPEATS
