I found a field with okra during a countryside walk. An innocent picture but the so said owner became angry with me taking the picture.

Proud :) The children trained in radio making within the
[email protected] programme were guests on Radio Miraya, a radio station in South Sudan with nationwide coverage. This piece and audio clip featured the UNICEF South Sudan Facebook page:
- "Your child can be the next president in the future, if you enroll him or her in school”, said 12-year old Emmanuel on Radio Miraya in Juba on 20 Nov. 2012. He and his peers were guests on the nationwide radio, marking the 23rd Anniversary of the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC). The children voiced opinions on children's rights. All invited children are part of a participatory radio project in Juba, Yei and Torit, of War Child Holland and Free Voice, supported by UNICEF. -

You can often find me on markets these days. Since we have a nice new home we are continuously searching furniture, fabrics or food (to cook in our kitchen).
Nowadays our house looks more and more as a real home. It feels good to come back after a trip. Still every time there are new suprises added in the house!

From scratch to a radio programme for children by children. Not childish at all and I enjoyed the serieus bits as well as all the fun game bites. We even had time to visit a radio station!
