I've been thinking of hosting some SSO photography contests, if that's something that you all would be interested in? It would be similar to model horse photo shows, but each month would feature a particular breed, theme or discipline. I'm thinking that I'll host one per month, and if they're popular enough then I might host one in December with a Star Coins gift card as the grand prize. No promises, though. Trying to gauge interest before I invest my time.

Star Stable OC Wiki!
Hello! me and @apples-stables have finished setting up the SSO OC wiki!!!! this is a fan community where you can set up articles for your star stable ocs!! We also have an interactive map where anyone can add markers for their OC's location, inspired by windforestsso's OC map!!
We are still updating this wiki as we go, but it's done enough to link publically now!! come try it out, and let us know if you have any feedback!

hi !! i thought it was time to properly introduce myself and my character to ssoblr! im eddie and this right here is tindra “tin” silverheart and angelstar. we play on the swedish servers, we server-hop to our liking but are currently on hazy shore.
me, tin and angelstar have been hanging out since 2012. tin’s not sure how they got to jorvik in the first place, it seems like they just woke up one day and kept going. might be an elf. might be a vampire. who knows? certainly not them! angelstar is their partner in crime and he might be a vampire too.
while not so talkatative, tin sure has made an impression with the jorveigian population. they never say no when someone asks for a favor, simply giving a nod or a tip of their hat, or just turning their horse away and gets to it - whether it’s picking flowers or saving the world, tin and star are on it!
i feel like we’ve been on the edge of the sso community for way to long, so this is my official introduction! im making an insta account for tin (@tindrasilverheart) and im going to try to start being active both on here and on insta. ill probably post pictures more than anything, but please - feel free to talk to me, i’d love to make more ssoblr friends! :]

hey there!! how did you take/edit the pictures of your horses for your horses pages?? did you just use the greenscreen and photomode? ive noticed the lighting is very smooth in the ones you took :o thanks!
HII oh my gosh i just noticed this in my inbox, idk how long its been here but i hope youve not been waiting forever!!
if possible, i like to use the black screens that sometimes appears in event areas during events like sso birthday event or the rainbow festival! otherwise i go to the demascus mine, head straight to the right after the entrance and theres a black spot next to four barrels and a boulder where you can take great pics with a black background!
i only use photo mode to edit! i play around a lot with the light and color settings to really find what works best for which horse :]

Last update of the OC map.
The english map is bit smaller then the swedish one so that why I include them both. So there is now one everyone can actually read, and one that has the potraits in little better quality.
I might update the map again when more areas get unlock and peoples OCs start to move around again. But for now its closed
