Yeah ts is working wonders for me, its fantastic !
(please understand this was after a day) but omg yall pickle juice.
pickle juice is kinda an acquired taste. i love pickles. the juice ainā€™t my beverage of choice.

if you like it, and/or donā€™t mind because you are struggling with appetite/b!nges.
take some sips during the day/during a fast and let me know if you also arenā€™t feeling any hunger at all - so iā€™m 20 hrs in, normally i feel a little hunger and want to eat, and i have been just drinking water and after, sipping a little pickle juice (approx. a tablespoon) from a non-expired jar in the fridge i had and i have had a delta 9 edible, i had a smoke on a second walk (w33d) and iā€™ve exercised, period is about to start, i am still not hungry. not even a desire to think about it evenā€¦
i want to try this again tomorrow and get high again, but yall im freaking out because this is working???
there was a girl that go t-w0rded on here and reblogged the fact that she lost the ability to gain weight because her bf said ā€œdrink some pickle juiceā€ and sheā€™s been maintaining her lw since and not even by choice - she recovered months ago so i looked it up online that it has some appetite suppressant qualities but to be safe and not drink like jars and shit of it because the sodium content is so high and bad in the long run, but iā€™m planning (and you should to) to just have it when i have cravings during a fast and want to go longer on a fast, not eat as much, etc. and im not gonna be one of those girlies to gatekeep shit if it works for me, because it could work for someone else and if you are safe, as iā€™ve asked you all to beā€¦do with what this info what u will

Ive been trying a few of these tips for a few days now to test how i felt about it combined with casual attempts at omad, and this is pretty neat ! The pilates is soo nice too
Skinny tips from a Russian supermodel šŸ’‹
(That made me go from 59kg to 39kg)
Slightly hot water always always always! Drinking hot water boosts your metabolism and helps your bodily functions work faster.
Eating a variety of food but in the smallest portions keeps you satisfied. Your brain thinks the variety means itā€™s eaten a lot of food so it helps you feel satiated.
I ate 500-600 calories on weekdays and 900 calories on weekends. This really helped me stay on track.
I mostly ate instant noodles twice a day (250cals each) because it was so filling and I added lots of spice to put me off of eating very much.
I fasted for 24 hours once a week, it helps so much!
Eat lots of kimchi or sauerkraut. These foods are extremely low calorie but high volume. Theyā€™re also really good probiotics to help with gut health, so youā€™re not constipated.
Low impact exercises are your best friend when youā€™re eating 500-600 cals a day. Doing Pilates helps target the stored fats in your body and expel it.
Green tea and black coffee are the best things on this planet. Green tea boost metabolism, keeps you hydrated, helps with acne, and gives you a flat tummy. Black coffee removes puffiness in your face and gets rid of water retention, and also helps you from retaining extra fat.
ļæ¼Spironolactone isnā€™t just acne medication, girlies. Itā€™s a diuretic, as in like a mild water pill. Taking these with 2L water a day makes your face chiseled and sharper and gives you a flatter tummy and snatched look! Not to mention no acne :) (donā€™t take if youā€™re pregnant)
All the supermodels are taking ADHD meds lol. Like Ritalin, Vyvanse, or Adderall. They make you not want to eat the whole day and keep you super focused so if you want to be Rory Gilmore here you go
Drink lots of soups! All the Russian girlies swear by it. All we do is drink soup so it keeps us full and hydrated plus veggies are yummy!
Donā€™t eat saturated fats. These fats in the food we eat make us hungrier and crave more food. I always make sure to eat foods with unsaturated fats and I donā€™t even want to eat anymore! I have to force myself lol
The 3 bite diet: if you canā€™t stick to a healthy diet, take three bites of whatever you want. You can only do this 5 times a day. Really helps for cravings!
Doing all of this helped me lose 20kg in 4-6 months! Iā€™m 160cm for reference

Im so fucking proud of myself, I hit my minor goal of 225 officially today im very proud of myself. My hard work has been paying off and Im so excited to keep going on monday. For the weekend's im using them as rest days as to not overwork my body, which is really hard when you want weight to be gone as quickly as possible but as ive mentioned before, im trying to do this healthily without harming my body. Im so so happy for myself rn I cant wait to hit 220, i might hit it by the end of the month even !
