tôi hay kêu thế thôi chứ đam mê của tôi là làm đề. trong 3 tiếng tôi có thể làm xong một đề trắc nghiệm 40 câu. tất nhiên công việc này mentally exhausting vcđ nhưng sense of achievement to vcl. làm xong một tập 10 đề không khác gì xong được assignment cuối kì hồi học đại học. ước gì cả hè có thể chỉ đi cà phê và làm đề. ước gì đ phải đi dạy, chỉ cần làm đề cho nhà trường. tôi cam đoan bảo đảm mỗi lần kiểm tra mỗi lớp 4 đề, đảo thành cả trăm mã cũng được.

tôi không thể tưởng tượng nổi có thời mình từng viết được văn phong trôi chảy như này...
Hobbits' Halloween, or Frodo Loves Spooky Tales AU
(It's only July but please bear with me).
First, I've tried looking up on the Internet and it seems like there isn't a Hobbits festival similar to Halloween. However, since the Hobbit culture is largely based on farming, and as far as I know their system of traditions and festivals are quite rich, so here I headcanon that they celebrate their own version of Halloween as well.
Second, I’d love to think of Frodo as someone who is a bit peculiar in nature, and in this AU it shows through the fact that he is drawn to spooky tales, and is also very good at telling them. Ever since his days at Brandy Hall, Frodo has been known for occasionally scaring his cousins to death with the somewhat uncanny Hobbit myths that he collects somewhere, or devises himself.
In this AU, Bilbo still embarks on his journey with the Dwarves, but the War of the Ring basically never happens, and the One Ring is just some piece of shiny jewelry with no lasting trauma-inducing effects whatsover (except on Gollum, duh). And so once Frodo has been adopted by Bilbo, his collection of scary stories is even more plentiful! Now he can tell about a creature named Gollum living in the depths of a cave and his weird obsession with a ring! Or the giant spiders in Mirkwood! Or a dragon that hoards gold and breathes fire!
Once Bilbo's left for Rivendell, Frodo takes up his uncle's role as the fascinating story-teller of Bag End. And so on Halloween nights, the children of Hobbiton would gather in Bag End, and Frodo would light up some candles, prepare some treats, before sitting down before them and beginning a spooky tale about the shape-shifting beings of darkness called the Barrow-wrights. Or about the rotten heart of Old Man Willow of the Old Forest. Or maybe he even recites an eerie poem about a mysterious race who feast on the unlucky travellers called the Mewlips:
In a mouldy valley where the trees are grey,
Over the Merlock Mountains a long and weary way,
By a dark pool's borders without wind or tide,
Moonless and sunless, the Mewlips hide...
Just some headcanons I want to share. If there're any details that clash with Hobbit culture please please let me know!

You guys rlly don't realise how much knowledge is still not committed to the internet. I find books all the time with stuff that is impossible to find through a search engine- most people do not put their magnum opus research online for free and the more niche a skill is the less likely you are to have people who will leak those books online. (Nevermind all the books written prior to the internet that have knowledge that is not considered "relevant" enough to digitise).
Whenever people say that we r growing up with all the world's knowledge at our fingertips...it's not necessarily true. Is the amount of knowledge online potentially infinite? Yes. Is it all knowledge? No. You will be surprised at the niche things you can discover at a local archive or library.

this is your gentle reminder to stop fighting against your adhd and instead structure your life around it
buy a pack of chapsticks and put one in the pocket of all of your coats and jackets because you always forget to bring one and chapped lips is sensory hell
leave important things where you can see them. if they go in a box or a drawer you will forget they exist
put any appointments or deadlines in your phone calendar As Soon As you get them. set a reminder for a week before, a day before, an hour before, as many as you need as often as you need them.
when that little voice in your head says "i dont need to write that down, ill remember it" that is the devil talking!!! write it down anyway!!
plan for down time. have a few hours at the end of every day to just do fun stuff like engage in your hyperfixations. even if you didnt get all of your work done that day, have the rest anyway. you probably spent the whole day beating yourself up for not doing what you Should be doing, so you still need the break.
if you never eat vegetables because its too much effort to chop and cook them, get the frozen or canned shit. it doesnt go off for ages and you just have to microwave it. theres no point buying fresh vegetables if they just keep going off and being left to rot in the bottom of your fridge
if you struggle to decide what to have for dinner every day, take the decision out of it. choose a set of meals and eat those on rotation until you get sick of them, then choose some new ones and do it again.
its not stupid if it works! our brains literally have a chemical deficiency. you are allowed to accommodate yourself. go forth and stop making your life more difficult than it has to be because "this shouldn't be this hard". it is hard, so make it easier.
