I need to pull myself together. I have such bad eating habits because when I binge I can't stop and I never feel full. I have gained so much weight from being sedentary so I need to go to the gym soon, it's too cold out right now. This summer I'm going to work full time so I have less time to eat. To get ready I need to stop binge-ing and learn to stop and gain control.
I want to make a set of rules for myself:
1. No food past 7pm or before 10am
2. No fast food!!!
3. Keep track of calories when I binge to see how bad it is.
4. Lower amount of carbs
5. Try to go dairy free
6. Wake up at 8am and go to bed at a decent time
7. Exercise at least a little everyday
8. Go to the gym at least 3 times a week
9. Don't eat while at work, unless about to pass out.
10. Work on strength training.
11. Strengthen core
13. Only drink water or tea
14. Have vegetables as crunchy snack
If I follow these rules I'm going to set a reward system for myself when I reach certain milestones

I’m tired of it
I’m tired. I’m tired of being hungry, tired, and weak. But you want to know what I am more tired of?
I’m tired of looking in the mirror everyday and hating what I see
my thighs touching
being the “fat friend”
not looking good in any of my clothes
not being noticed
having a round face
looking awful in skirts
crying every time I get on the scale
sitting down and feeling my fat rolls
looking huge in every picture I’m in
having sausage fingers
not having a flat stomach
not being underweight

Peach ice tea 🍑🍑
52 calories !!
Ingredients:
One peach (skinned and pitted)
Any kind of tea ( I used mint)
Zero calorie sweetener
Water & ice
Method:
Make tea and leave to cool (I made about 300ml)
Once cooled add peach, sweetener and around three handfuls of ice
Blend for around a minute
I swear this tastes exactly like the Lipton peach tea, but with less than half the calories!

I feel Mindless
To start off, lately I've been in an ongoing depressive episode due to personal issues. Because I spend all my free time in my bed watching anime, I've had a lot of time to think. I realized I haven't done anything in my life, I feel almost robotic. I'm almost out of highschool and I've never had a boyfriend, my first kiss, or anything like that. I've just always been alone with my thoughts. People say I'm smart because I got grades, but I don't feel like it. I feel worthless and empty. I don't think I know what true happiness feels like, I feel mindless. My ED has reemerged from the depths after I stepped on a scale and realized I had gained 30 pounds. I've never felt worse about my self than I do now. So, I'm going to become pretty and skinny one day. Then, maybe people will want to be around me and I won't be so alone..

🍲🌼50cal Chicken Soup🌼🍲

This soup is 3 servings that add up to 148cal in total and is definitely great to have for any meal when you MUST eat infront of people and you want to make it look like a lot. So let’s get started!
1200ml of water 0cal
1tsb Garlic Salt 0cal
5tsb Chicken Knorr 25cal
3 Carrots 75cal
5 lettuce leaves 15cal
3 Plum tomatoes or 4 Cherry tomatoes 33cal
Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice 5cal
HERBS (any in your cabinet really it doesn’t matter)
Tea bag strainer or coffee filter (preferably)
First things first lets get the broth started!
Get a medium sized pot, put in 1,500ml of water, and put in on medium heat. DO NOT put the full 2,000 ml at once, you want to save 500ml of water for later 😜
While the water boils you want to make a tea bag of herbs. I put a tablespoon each of Basil, Sage, Black Pepper, Oregano in a coffee filter. Then I closed it up and tie it up with some string. You want to make sure none of the herbs get out of the bag and go into the soup, it reduces calories and adds more flavor to the soup!
Place the herb teabag into the pot and then add the Chicken Knorr and let this cook on its own for a bit while you chop up all your veggies, so take your time!
While that’s going get your carrots, lettuce, and tomatoes and chop that up how ever you like. Once done, put that all in the soup and then add your garlic salt on top of it all.
Let the soup sit open cooking for 20 minutes so the water can evaporate and veggies can soak up the flavor.
After the 20 minutes are up add 500ml of water to the soup, put soup on low heat and cover for 5-10 minutes.
YOUR SOUP IS DONE

If you like you can add a chicken thigh to the soup which would make the whole thing 354 calories and only
118cal soup
thats soup-er nutritious and will keep your family off your back 😂
But personally I like to have half a boiled egg with it and that makes it 89cal

P.s. the soup also work a bit like a natural diuretic so you will poop a lot!

My allowed and not allowed foods
I'm posting this as a reminder to myself that these foods are banned
-No Pizza!!(Especially the ones mom brings home)
-No candy!!!!(Halloween took it's toll)
-No bread
-No noodles
-No cakes or cookies
-No school lunch unless absolutely necessary
-No more than one serving of ANYTHING
-Half what I would normally eat
Safe foods
-Apples
-Grapes
-Berries
-vegetables
-small amount of yogurt
-20 cal broth
-gum
-Celery
-Cucumber
Make sure to drink more water. Skip dinner wake up thinner. Track calories. Skip lunch. Lose depression weight. Get in shape for Basketball. Be pretty. Get first boyfriend. BE SKINNY.

🍲🍜DIY O Calorie Broth🍜🍲

I discovered this at work as an alternative to drinking tea and something a lot more savory. All you need is
Dash food seasoning
2tsp
for each 100ml of water
Salt
1tsp
For each 100ml of water
Put salt and dash in a cup and fill with desired amount of water!!
I like to have one or two of these a day with my lunch at work to give it my variety and flavor.
You can also use this to make your own vegetable soup! However I recommend adding a small pad of butter which is only 35 calories
Also instead of using salt you can use Knorr Granulated Bouillon Chicken

Under 50 Cal Lunch! There was like nothing I could find in the kitchen that was under 100 Cal so I improvised and it was delicious and filling. Half a cube of chicken bouillion, one cup boiling water, half a tablespoon of bacon bits, and a splash of onion seasoning. I'm in heaven :)

I was skinny before. There was once a time where my thighs didn't jiggle and my ribs poked out and I was dainty without even trying. But then I lost control. I got so fat. I promise myself that I will get back there, no matter how long it takes. Here's to my ugw. I've gotten there before, I sure as hell can get there again.
