60 CALORIE BREAKFAST (super filling)
I Wanted to share my filling but SUPER LOW CAL breakfast!
Hard boiled egg white, spinach, and mushrooms. (You could also make an egg white omelette with these if desired)
All you do is hard boil the egg and remove the yolk, and fry up the spinach and mushrooms with no oil in the pan
1 Hard boiled egg white: 17 cals
Handful of Spinach: 20 cals
3 Mushrooms: 21 cals
Total: 58 cals
