I miss being skinnyโ€ฆ or weโ€™ll skinnier. When I was deep in my ED. Motivated. I didnโ€™t eat for days. I felt such a euphoria and control in my life. I went down like 5 pant sizes. Since a year or two I have slowly been gaining it back. Iโ€™ve gained 60 pounds since then and in absolutely disgusted with myself. I want to feel pretty. I was to feel my ribs. I want people to see me as pretty. I need motivation. Motivation. Motivation. Motivation. Manifesting I loose the 60lbs again maybe even more.

60 CALORIE BREAKFAST (super filling)
I Wanted to share my filling but SUPER LOW CAL breakfast!
Hard boiled egg white, spinach, and mushrooms. (You could also make an egg white omelette with these if desired)
All you do is hard boil the egg and remove the yolk, and fry up the spinach and mushrooms with no oil in the pan
