Elucidation of my hellish life

If only I had known the last time would be the last time. I would’ve lingered longer and took in every minuscule detail with intense concentration to better preserve it in my memory. Life comes with no pause button or even slow-mo. Nor is there a way to rewind and relive moments again you miss. Only memories…and that’s not nearly the same thing.
