During the scene that Aelin is getting information about Wyrdkeys from Maeve, before she frees Rowan from his blood oath to Maeve, Maeve is said to have “violet, starry eyes.” That sounds an awful lot like Rhysand’s eyes. Not to mention the black, unending power.

My parents used to have this big dog that loved blankets and figured out that if he acted cold they'd put one on him. So he'd lay on the couch and shiver but stop and wag his tail as soon as the picked up the blanket to bring it to him. In the middle of summer.

People who think writing a book is easy have never tried to write a book.
-Naming places is hard unless you are okay with that name happening to be a brand of golf clubs in Ireland
-Naming people is hard if you are picky about the naming suiting the character/feeling RIGHT
-Maps
-Writing different voices personally is a struggle, everyone sounds perfect or like me
-Plots. Go ahead, make your lists or diagrams, but I dare you to know what you’re doing
-I dare you to know what your first paragraph should be
-Making phrases that your fandom latches on to
-Making something people want to read
-Looking at what you typed and noticing the words look like a three year old wrote it
-Wondering how great authors took normal words and made you forget you were reading words
