AVG Issue Pending

I updated AVG AV a couple days ago and it cannot finish a manual scan, freezing itself, affecting Windows, being totally unresponsive, and unable to close.

I did the support thing and am still waiting to hear from a tech.

Fixed

Turned out that a motor seized.  A little brute force and now it's working again.
