While we're at it: using language that downplays genocide is a form of genocide denial.
Joe Biden isn't doing a bad job, Joe Biden is providing material support for genocide.
Israel isn't handling the situation badly, Israel is committing genocide.
Employing euphemisms minimizes the reality of this genocide. It's disrespectful and dangerous.
If you are more uncomfortable with the word genocide than you are with the reality of genocide, then you are not prepared to be part of any serious discussion. Work on that on your own time.

#technically never#i switched high schools twice and then took the rest of the school year off to go to a treatment program for kids with OCD#and then once i finished that i switched a final time to the public high school (which i had never been to because i had only been at#private high schools)#so technically i had a year that just didn鈥檛 count (junior year) so i repeated it#and then when i went to college I鈥檝e had several times where i had to take leave due to medical stuff#i think it was a total of 3 times taking leave for varying amounts of time#longest one was jan 2021 - April 2023#but during that time i did the most recovering and built up a lot of life and study skills I never had before#and now I鈥檓 going to graduate in august after i finish this semester and take 2 summer courses#excited to finally be done
