You know those aesthetic image posts that float around tumblr? I'm . . . starting to see a lot on my dash that are obviously ai-generated. Are non-artists having trouble telling the difference between AI images and real photos, or are people starting to stop care about the stolen art that gets fed into those programs?

Same boat here, though I have gotten my bleach stuff reblogged before.... I end up preferring likes because most people reblog without anything to add, as comments or tags, just empty. Though I at least noticed that my work was getting seen more than others, even if it was kind of depressing that I didn't get any feedback.
I think it's good that you're trying to speak with your following^^ sometimes people just need a reminder.

okay so, I haven’t said anything before because I’m scared I’ll come off as rude or ungrateful, but I’ve kind of hit a point where I’m feeling kind of desperate.
I love all of my followers and the support you give me, I always look through my notes and love seeing familiar faces as well as new ones. Sincerely, thank you for following me and showing interest in my art. I love the action of drawing, but the part where I get feedback from you guys is just as precious to me. and i love reading the tags you sometimes write hahah
I created this blog in september 2014, so it’s been over 2 years now, and I currently have 500 followers. On my posts I usually get a lot of likes, but very few reblogs (unless it’s one of my few more popular posts). I sometimes wonder if I should change my content and try to draw things I know is gonna draw more attention, but I know that if I do that, I’m not gonna enjoy drawing as much as when I draw what I feel like. I’ve done it before and it’s not fun.
It’s sort of frustrating watching other artists grow their ‘’fanbase’’ without any seemingly effort, idk, maybe they actually struggle as well, but from my view I for some reason have a really hard time growing this blog. well, it is growing but very slowly at least.
So that’s why, I’m pleading you to reblog my posts as opposed to just liking them. I absolutely cannot force you to reblog them, nor do I want to force you: It’s completely up to you what you want to put on your blog. If you don’t want to reblog my posts, you don’t have to and you don’t have to feel bad about it either. But if you’d be willing to do it, I think it really could help this blog to grow, because when you reblog something all of your followers are able to see that etc etc.
I am super grateful for all of you that already show your support in some way, and that’s why I haven’t been wanting to talk about this because I don’t want to make it seem like I don’t already appreciate you, because I fucking do
