I got my husband to play stardew with me and I'm really really happy about this
Theres 2 type of stardew valley player. One that will slay and mine everything. While the other somehow restore the town through wizardry and communing with spirits.

one of my RP characters in my friend's setting called Planescore
After months of fleeing across the Empire, Yarognev believed his hardships to be over when he landed as a refugee in a village in Blackwood. Leaving behind the pressure of prosecution and civil war of his homeland, now replaced with the cold indifference of his new neighbors. Yaro was resigned that this would be his life from now on, in exile.
Weeks later, just as he was becoming accustomed to his new rural life away from the city, a routine call for his skills as a healer brought him to meet some curious new people.
"Don't leave your gun at home", they said. "Trouble tends to follow us wherever we go."
Several days later, Yaro is walking through that same village in Blackwood, now in ruins from a horror that consumed the town. His curious companions have already moved on to another adventure, but he remains to pick up the pieces and give what help he can. This place and its people are his home, now.
His new friends did not leave without celebration of their efforts of aiding the Blackwood to thwart its foes, of course. For Yarognev's part, he earned a powerful favor and unexpectedly, an opportunity to take a new path.
