I can no longer keep this from u guys š©
I have belen obsessed with trolls since I was was in 5th grade when the first movie came out, then there was world tour during the start of high-school and I went ape shi. Now Trolls band together has come out and I was literally blown away when I watched it. Now it's trending, everyone's made trollsonas, so I was like, dam, lemme make one. So here's mine
Now, watching this movie did bum me out a little, brought back a lot of unwanted memories and I started to miss my siblings. When I was in middle school, I stopped visiting my dad for the sake of my mental health but in the process, I sorta left my siblings behind, and loved them so much, they are my best friends. After I had left, for a year, I would cry every night because I felt so guilty for leaving my baby brother. My stepsisters I knew would be fine eventually because their dad would tske custody of them, but my little brother was stuck w my dad and stepmom, so there was no escape for him. When I left, my stepsisters left a few years later, leaving my baby brother w my abusive dad and stepmom. I saw this movie and just started crying bro, cuz I was like "MY BABY BROTHER IS BABY BRANCH, WE LEFT HIM BEHIND š„ŗ". I was hit so hard in the feels man. Seeing the relationship between floyd and branch killed me even more cuz me and my brother were so close, we were the only ones who understood eachother because, well we're both Autistic and share the same interests.. so yeh, this movie left me a mess. But, after going through some sad memories, I scrolled through some happy ones and said "hey, why not draw me and my baby bro together as trolls"
Then, after drawing my brother, I had to complete the set and draw my sisters too. It was a little difficult cuz unlike brozone, me and my siblings aren't all exactly biologically related. I've got two stepsisters with a different mom and dad, a little brother who shares the same dad but different mom and a sister who shares the same mom but different dad, so it was a bit complicated getting creative w color pallets.
Character design info:
Lil sis- Now I wanted to give my sis similar colors to me, but when she was born, she ended up being the total opposite of me. I had tanned skin, dark hair, and dark eyes, my sister on the other hand has blonde hair, light skin and greenish blue eyes. So yeh, she looks like she was adopted š
Stepsisters- For my stepsisters I kept their pallets more related to one another cuz those two are biologically related to eachother, just not me, however, they do look more like me than my own biological sister does, they have tanned skin dark hair and dark eyes so I gave them similar darker tones but kept it different from my own.
Lil bro- My baby boy actually doesn't look too far off from me despite having a different mom so I kept his colors similar to mine but gave him slightly different tone so it can show we're only half related

Ladies, gents, and those beyond the binary, I present to you my Rise Witch OC (sponsored by @cherryp0p224):
This is a more crude design and when I have more time Iām going to polish her up but I wanted to get it out there!!!
In the meantime, here are some fun facts:
They use all pronouns without preference! Gender is a silly concept to them.
She has autism, but unlike Donnie, sheās got really high empathy.
Theyāre modeled after the io moth. Their wings are functional, but itās extremely difficult to get any lift from the ground. Takeoff primarily happens from a high point, usually with the added bonus of a running start.
Her grimoire, wand, and brooch are kept on her person at all times. She keeps the former two in her dress pocket.
Her wand and brooch were gifts from her favorite Aunt when she was little. The brooch isnāt a cloaking brooch - just keeps her little cape on :)
His hat is something that he made himself!! There are little holes for his feelers.
Speaking of his feelers, theyāre fuzzy to the touch!!
As I mentioned before, he likes to sew and crochet! He likes that it keeps his hands something to do when things get boring.
Thatās all Iāve got so far!! This character doesnāt have a name yet since Iām bad at naming things, so Iām open to suggestions!! @cherryp0p224 gets the first pick since their post is what inspired this in the first place.

Do NOT ask me why but like, I find having a gap between the teeth an attractive feature- idk why but like, characters w the lil tooth gaps have a chokehold on me. His name is skid. Skid was originally a human but his chaotic ass got bitten by an oozequito while he was in the process of wrestling a Possum in an alley, so bam, heās a possum now. Heās got a best friend who was also mutated (My friends oc) but I donāt have everything written down for them yet, what I can tell you though is that he is very protective of his friend who is basically just a big dumb puppy (theyāre just a baby). Donnie likes dancing, so I thought āWhy not draw them dancing, Yk, have a lil date at huesos and get on the dance floorā if just seemed like a really cute idea. I was gonna give him a suit but idk how tf I draw over his shell, it was actually much harder than I thought, I couldnāt draw clothes over his shell without it looking back so I just gave up and gave him a little bow tie.

~General ROTTMNT HCās~
Here, Iāll be posting my personal headcanons for rottmnt. Over time, Iāve noticed a lot of traits within the characters and certain quirks that Iāve associated with ideas that would fit the boys and other characters perfectly.
(Iāll be adding onto this whenever I have new headcanons)
Headcanon #1
Both of the disaster twins use contacts. As seen in the episode āAir Turtlesā, Leo wears protective glasses (glasses used for athletes to see better without harming their vision), which means his vision is possibly impaired. As for Donnie, we all know Donnie used to have glasses when he was younger, but since glasses can be a huge boundary when in battle, both of the twins decided to switch to contacts so they could still see when fighting
Headcanon #2
Splinters vision is just as bad as his two sons. Splinter sees things a little blurrier than everyone else so when he sees his sons, instead of identifying them by their features, he identifies them by their colors, hence why he calls them by their colors (Blue, Red, Purple, Orange). When he was still Lou jitsu, he had some glasses, but I feel like he had them designed to fit his movie star look, so while his glasses are for seeing, he had still wanted them to look good. Headcanon #3
Donnie doesnāt do too well with emotion nor does he seem to interested in romance, so the first thought that came to my head was āARO/ACE DONNIEā. Aro/Ace : having little to no romantic or sexual attraction. I do still believe Donnie could fall in love, the feelings just wouldnāt be as intense as it is for those who are neurotypical

I think Mikey definitely has ADHD. Mikey tends to be very impulsive and wild when heās fighting. In fact, heās so impulsive, Donnie made him an inflatable suit so he wouldnāt get hurt because this boy is a loose canon. He also seems to be very hyperactive and canāt keep his focus on just one activity, hence why he has so many hobbies like cooking, drawing, skateboarding, and other things. We gotta love this ball of energy
Headcanon #5
Raph has GAD (Generalized Anxiety Disorder). We all know this poor boy has a lot of anxiety and always stresses himself out when it comes to his family. Due to carrying the weight of his family on his shoulders, he tends to stress out a lot, but when you stress out a lot, your brain finds it a custom and a normal occurrence, so anything that might start up the slightest bit of stress could possibly turn into a full blown panic attack (I know cuz Iāve got GAD :((). He also overthinks A LOT

Casandra has gotta be nonbinary/gender-fluid.I headcanon Cassandra using she/they pronouns, why? While cassandra is presented as female in the show, she seems to be in touch with both her masculine and feminine side and I definitely think that if someone were to refer to her as a boy, she would not give a flying fuck, she just doesnāt seem to care for gender labels and you gotta love that

Sorry to the people who donāt ship this, but I see April and Sunita as a lesbian couple. In Tmnt 2012, April was placed in more as a love interest for Donnie, but it was just so forced and his obsession with her was concerning. In Rise, April poses more as an older sister for the boys and her relationship with Donnie is so sweet too. Instead of April and Donnie being lovers, Rise decided to make them best friends and theyāre dynamic is something I am in love with. Rise April doesnāt really seem to have much of an interest in men, nor does she seem to be interested in having a boyfriend period, but I have noticed that she seems more interested in creating a bond with other girls (like Taylor and Sunita). When Sunita was first introduced, she was presented as just beautiful (flowers along with a beautiful background) and the way she was presented was how April perceived her, we were looking from aprils point of view. So, in conclusion, I think the girls a lesbian, argue with me if youād like, I stand by this

Casey Jones is most definitely a trans man. The first time I saw this boy on screen, I pointed to the tv and said āThat is a trans manā. Now where Casey came from, I have no idea. Iām not sure if he was birthed out of Cassandra or if he was a dumpster child found by Cassandra, but either way, something about Casey caught my attention that made me come to this conclusion. Ofcourse we know Casey is a teenager, but it seems like he hasnāt yet hit the full point of puberty, heās got little scruffs on his chin and Iāve noticed his voice does crack a bit (which I love. I would die for him) but I think he has these traits because heās still in the process of transitioning fully. In all honesty though, I have a crush on this boy, Iām down bad bro, I wish there were more fics for him

Rise turtles + april cuddle headcanons?
Cuddle Headcanons!!!
Raphael:
I personally headcanon raph to have physical touch as his love language. Being the oldest, the best way to show his brothers love is with bear hugs and hair ruffles, but with an S/O, his cuddles will be much more intimate
Snuggle sessions are his favorite quality time with his S/O. Sometimes the poor boy just needs to settle down and receive some loving
Typically Raph is the big spoon because, well he a big boy and he's got spikes on his shell, but he wishes he could be a little spoon so bad
Let this sweetheart lay on your lap, please, its the closest thing he can get to being little spoon
Since he's a lot bigger, he'll typically lay you on his plastron or in his lap to cuddle, but if your just as big as him, he'll wanna lay on top of you with his head on your chest
For the times your in his lap, he loves to hug you from behind and rest his head on your shoulder
Raph really loves it when you give him cuddle time kisses. Kiss his head and his tail will be wagging for hours
Warning though: Alligator snapping turtles have bigger, longer tails, so you'll probably have to deal with loud thumping from his tail wags
Leonardo:
Leo seems like the type of guy to have no problem with physical affection at all, but when it gets to a more intimate level, I feel like that might take him some time to get used to it. As flirtatious as he is, he's still new to showing love without the teasing
After getting used to cuddles from his S/O, he will have no problem asking for more or luring them in for a cuddle sesh
Leo will ALWAYS want to be the big spoon. He loves to just wrap his arms around your waist and hold you in his arms. It makes him feel like your hero
For most cuddle sessions, Leo likes to lay his head on your chest while you scratch his head. It always puts him to sleep
I headcanon Leo giving words of affirmation as a love language, so during cuddle sessions, he'll be complimenting you endlessly
Also, prepare for a lot of neck kisses and nuzzles. He just Loves lovin on you
Once in a while, Leo might ruin the mood by blowing raspberries on your stomach or tickling you out of no where. He just wants to hear you laugh
Leo does NOT like churring out loud, he gets really embarrassed about it, but if you scratch the back of his shell while he's laying against you, he will become a churring mess
Michaelangelo
Mikey would definitely be the one to cuddle more than the rest of his brothers. He's just naturally clingy and very touchy. Even Donnie can't escape the hugs from Mikey, everyone gets a piece of the action with this little lad
Mikeys got a lot of energy bundled up in him, but when it comes to cuddle sessions, he settles down for some time with his S/O
Mikey doesn't care if he's big spoon or little spoon. He likes both holding you and being held by you, but on bad days, expect him to ask for little spoon position
There are gonna be a lot of nuzzles coming from this boy. You know how cats rub themselves against their owners? Yeh, that's mikey. This boy is all over you
Typically, Mikey will put some relaxing music on for cuddle sessions so that you two can wind down
Mikey tends to make little chirping sounds when he starts to really relax, so its a sign to let you know he might fall asleep
Sometimes, Mikey likes it when you take a clean paint brush and brush it against his shell. It's so soothing. Once in a while, he'll even use the paintbrush on you
Whenever you have a bad day, Mikey will lay you on his plastron and rub circles on your back or play with your hair
Donatello
Now Donnie has never been big on affection, we all know this, but even though he avoids affection, I do think he's touch starved. I don't think he hates it, I just think he doesn't know what to do with affection or intimacy, this ending with him reacting awkwardly
Be patient with Donnie, please. It's gonna take him a while until he's comfortable enough to cuddle, but once he's used to it, he LOVES it
Donnie will be very hesitant at first, but after the first few cuddle sessions, he takes his battle shell off
He'll definitely be a bit shy to ask for cuddles
He LOVES it when you rub his shell, he becomes a churring mess. Just make sure you do it gently, it's sensitive.
Don't you DARE go on your phone while you guys are cuddling, he will not hesitate to snatch that phone and toss it
Like Mikey, Donnies ok with being both big or little spoon, but he does prefer to be big spoon. Being little spoon makes him flustered
Give him cuddle sesh kisses, he'll turn into pudding
April:
Like raph, April plays the role of an older sibling, so she has no problem giving affection, she's all about the lovin and sisterly kisses for her new turtle siblings, but with her S/O, it's a whole other story. Prepare for lots of love
During cuddle sessions, April enjoys sitting in your lap while her head lays on your shoulder
April doesn't mind being little spoon every once in a while, but she much prefers to be big spoon. She can rub your stomach while hugging you from behind
Expect a lot of kisses during cuddle sessions with her. She is gonna be giving you smooches all the way from your head to your tummy
She likes to cup your face sometimes and compliment you endlessly. She just wants you to know how special you are to her and how lucky she is to have you
Sometimes if things are too quiet, she'll start flirting with you till you're as red as raphs mask. Things like holding your chin and whispering sweet nothings into your ears
Untie her hair, let it loose, and rub her head. She will be in heaven. Her hairs always tied up, so having it loose is just really relieving. It's even better when her S/O is sitting there, scratching her scalp.
April likes to sometimes tuck her head under your chin whenever she's in your lap. She just loves to close her eyes and take in your scent, it makes her feel at ease

Yo Donnie be so relatable Fr. After I first watched rottmnt, I became OBSESSED with Donnie, and not because I was simping for the bitch, no (I can see ur point tho), but because I could personally relate to him. Now fun fact, Iām autistic- and itās to the point where even my family has started to realize that I am indeed on the spectrum. Some of the traits I have would be
-Being uncomfortable with affection unless im the one initiating it
-Not liking mushy foods (Sensory Issues)
-Making random noises such as humming or mumbling to fill in the silence
-Emotional Dysregulation (emotional responses that are poorly regulated and do not fall within the traditionally accepted range of emotional reaction)
-Not being able to make eye contact/Having to force eye contact
-Having difficulty recognizing sarcasm (Thinking someone is joking when theyāre serious or thinking someone is serious when theyāre joking)
-Having a sensitive nose (hyper senses)
-Sensitive to loud noises (Being bothered by loud noises or easily irritated when too much noise is around.May sometimes come off as over dramatic since usually others donāt see the noise as too loud)
-Being socially awkward (Having poor social skills)
-Getting overwhelmed easily (Overstimulation)
-Info Dumping (Rambling about special interest/also a love language)
-Stimming when happy,angry, or excited (A repetitive or unusual body movement)
-Delayed responses (Taking a moment or two to process and respond. Example: Someone asks me a question and it takes a bit to respond with an answer)
-Preferring to be alone or at home rather than being out and socializing with others
-Excellent pattern recognition
-Repetitive behaviors (OCD; re-organizing, re-positioning objects. Etc)
-Trouble articulating emotions
-Excellent imagination/Can easily create pictures in my head
-May say things that seem rude to others but not to me
And thereās a lot more, but I do not wanna make this list go forever. Anyways, I had taken notice of some of these traits in Donnie throughout the show and the autistic representation was just very comforting for me while also exciting. Examples of these traits being represented would be:
-Donnie controlling the kraangs ship (sensory issues)
-Donnie not liking physical touch (throughout the whole show)
-Struggling to understand emotion with doctor feelings (episode:ābreaking purpleā)
-Infodumping (which his bros donāt listen to most of the time :ā()
-Hyperfixating (his love for science)
-Stimming (especially in the lair games)
-Lack of motor skills (also shown in the lair games)
And so on. But one of the best parts is also how his family reacts to these behaviors. His bros accept these behaviors as normal and treat him no differently than theyād treat anyone, except for the times theyāre accommodating to his needs, such as in the movie when Raph makes sure to assure Donnie āTHIS IS NOT A HUG, ITS A RESCUEā because his big brother knows how he feels about affection. Overall, itās just very sweet and makes me really happy, so to express my joy, have this Donnie pic
