This Stunning set is inspired by the 2014 "Cupid's Kisses" - Holiday Hostess Collection Barbie designed by Bill Greening. Can you believe that there only 5000 pieces of this stunning doll WORLDWIDE?
The set consists on 5 pieces, a Dress, a pair of lace gloves, a pair of golden earrings, a golden heart locket necklace and a hair bow (with a hat slider that way we can adjust it to any hair) all of them on my "Iconic 50's" Palette.
PS: I also made a De-laced version of the dress at last minute, i feel that some of your ladies will rather have a more basic look for those non-valentines day dates.

Happy Valentine's Day - 12 Ice-creamforbreakfast dress mesh edits by blueplumbbob
Hello everyone and happy Valentine's Day! I have been in dire need of more evening attire for my decades gameplay, so I edited some of my favorite @ice-creamforbreakfast dresses to make them floor-length formal gowns! I hope that these mesh edits can be of use to other decades players.
A very special thanks to ice-creamforbreakfast and her generous TOU.
There are two versions: Standalone (for those with unlimited hard disk space) and Texture-Linked (smaller files but REQUIRES the original dresses). Both are included in the rar, but only pick ONE to put in your downloads folder! The Flossie dress IS NOT standalone in either version, as it requires the original mesh to display properly.

Moonlight Chic Kit Denim Jacket Edit (Base Game Compatible)
I slapped together the flannel shirt from a Cottage Living EP top with the denim jacket from Moonlight Chic Kit! I always wanted to do something with the flannel texture, so I'm glad I managed to make this work.
I've replicated the shirt + vest combinations, and added a couple of color combos that I thought would look good.

Thank you for appreciating my 1880s Impressionism sets so much 💕
Don't worry I'm not planning on stopping this project yet I have at least 5 more 1870s/1880s inspired sets of varying sizes I'd like to get to at some point (that will include some more hats and children clothes too by the way).
Thought my cc making is very dependent on my motivation (which fluctuates a lot) and on free time... For now I'm giving priority to some other projects : working on my personal 1880s save to get back to gameplay and making a hand-drawn tarot for a friend's birthday at the end of the month.
I also have other cc projects (a set inspired Normandy, some Wiener Werkstätte broochs & patterns) that will probably come out either before or at the same time as the next 1880s set.
About free time I also happen to be a bit short right now given I started a new job recently that requires quite a bit of training, so I'm afraid you will have to be very patient with me 🙃

⚠Known Issues: When paired with Masculine-framed bottoms, the texture from the jacket bleeds onto the upper hip area of the bottoms. I double-checked the UV maps, but I really couldn't find away to fix it. Well, it wasn't meanT to be a separated top so things tend to get funky, but yeah. I wanted to do a masc-framed version, but I couldn't even find the outfit under Feminine fashion for Masculine framed Sims. I'm not well-versed in converting stuff to the opposite frame. I'm sorry friends. :0(

Queen Alexandra Hair
I decided a clear out of of my work-in-progress folder was needed (it's larger than my cc folder!) and found this!
This is the hairstyle that Queen Alexandra (wife of Edward VII) wore from the 1880s onward.
It's also accidently very similar to the usual hairstyle of Aunt Ada from the Gilded Age! I've just finished watching the series and have already started working on some of the hairstyles so you can look forward for those in the near future!
