What a day (and year already but that is a different story time) started the day being called a scammer because they forgot an order they placed and I can't help them with an order they placed 4+ months ago, with a tracking number that is already being reused for a different businesses shipment. The window for refunds, and returns was over 3 months ago.

Just a reminder small businesses are human too and getting angry at them for something that they can't control or demanding to be refunded because you can't get your own way isn't something to be proud of. It takes nothing to be kind to people.

I was asked recently to create the snake one in gold and was promptly ghosted. Instead of letting it get me down too much I went on a gold jewelry kick and wanted to show case the one other piece I also made, featuring a deaths head moth.
