When single:
Due to his tendency to work late nights AND early mornings, has to sleep during the day sometimes
Has a terrible time sleeping during the day
Tries and fails more than once to adhere to some kind of sleep schedule - HOW is he suppsoed to sleep at 10pm when that's where the best ideas are?! HOW is he supposed to go BACK to sleep at 3am when he woke up with an amazing plottwist?!
When in a relationship:
As he becomes more comfortable being with the farmer, he will have an easier time sleeping. In their presence, that is
Might do an all-nighter and then also work late into the morning and maybe then not sleep and then realize his brain is becoming a giant mouse in a wheel which is itself on wheels and other weird metaphors and know the only place where he will find true rest is the farmers bed
Will come by, ask if they have time for him right now, then draw them to bed in a sleepy haze and bed himself in their arms. Will then sleep for 17 hours. [Yes, farmer can leave after he falls asleep. If he lets go.]
Generally loves the feeling of resting his head in the farmers lap. Loves the feeling of their hands drawing through his hair and over his head, relaxes and touches him so much he might cry a little the first time
Likes kneeling in front of the farmer while they sit and hug them like this, resting his head against their chest/stomach while they hold him
Becomes so much happier and whole. Overall sleeps much better and deeper and embraces this about their relationship. Embraces that the farmer makes him whole, truly allows himself to be theirs completely, to be fully held sometimes and just let go, embracing the trust in this person
In return of course endeavors to give the farmer the same care and love in every way he can think of and any way they tell him is good for them
Very actively tries to find out what might comfort them, what will make them feel cared for, loved, cherished, make them feel whole and thoroughly wanted and needed as part of his life
