I wasn't blaming Adora or saying it was her fault, but I can see how you could go there. I was simply pointing out that Adora, like many characters on this show, has trouble communicating her problems, which is what made it difficult for Glimmer and Catra to trust her. All I was trying to do was point out the similarities in what happened to them.
Glimmer: I understand now why I shouldn't have trusted Shadow Weaver. Adora told me she was dangerous, why didn't I listen to her?
