angels, im sure some of you have seen this coming. we are so extremely sorry to say that cape coral will be shutting down indefinitely. firstly, we would like to address that we are at fault here  —  we are well aware. jenga has been working like crazy and weachy has been on hiatus due to school. we have not had time the last week or so to be the best admins (or the admins you deserve) and we’d like to apologize for that. however, after the influx of muns we have lost over the last week, it’s been a bit disheartening. we’ve put a lot of work and effort and love into this roleplay. we saw such a big flourish previously that has since died down. we absolutely believe that real life comes first and i think this message is proof of that. life is tough for a lot of us right now and your lives are so important to us that we want to give you the best and most deserving roleplay experience. however, in the last week or so, we haven’t been able to do that. 

there is a possibility that when life slows down for us, we might bring this back. however, until then, if you all would like to keep in touch with us, you know our discords.

“  UNDERGROUND  ”   PARTY  AT  THE  PARKER  COMMUNITY  COLLEGE  CONSTRUCTION  SITE

the  start  of  the  semester  was  a  rocky  one  for  the  students  at  cape  coral  ,  an  air  of  war  hanging  over  the  heads  of  the  student  body  —  a  challenge  of  the  ORTHODOX  since  they  arrived  .  INDIFFERENCE  passed  down  to  the  new  students  ,  measures  of  RETALIATION  as  an  offering  back  up  to  the  original  student  body  .  UNREST  has  remained  but  they  did  not  know  stagnation  ,  the  months  were  filled  with  growth  and  familiarization  —  there  was  hope  yet  .  all  the  scholarship  students  banded  together  to  plan  a  party  ,  one  that  could  look  back  on  the  previous  ones  held  by  cape  coral  and  its  students  and  laugh  .  to  take  it  back  to  their  home  turf  —  the  construction  site  of  parker  community  college  .  few  have  gone  in  and  examined  the  location  a  week  ago  ,  deeming  it  safe  enough  after  a  few  swipes  of  a  flashlight  .  construction  of  the  site  has  begun  ,  leaving  the  main  building  open  for  them  to  roam  around  —  the  structure  assumed  as  sturdy  for  a  bunch  of  rowdy  college  students  .  one  night  only  ,  may  8th  ,  unsupervised  by  the  staff  of  a  public  property  —  no  bouncers  ,  bartenders  ,  or  security  .  no  onlooking  gazes  from  the  staff  and  sponsors  of  cape  coral  ,  or  the  adults  of  the  city  .  the  only  rule  they  were  sure  to  put  at  the  top  of  these  top  secret  ,  virtual  invitations  :   every  man  for  themselves  .

there  will  be  a  $20  ticket  fee  for  anybody  attending  that  was  not  a  previous  student  at  parker  community  college  ,  emotional  reparation  brought  to  you  by  the  scholarship  students  that  will  go  toward  the  purchasing  and  supplying  of  kegs  .  a  necessity  for  their  loss  .

OOC  INFORMATION

on  friday  , may  8th  ,  our  event  will  begin  at  midnight  EST  and  last  until  the  following  friday  ,  may  15th  ,  with  changes  possible  based  on  member  feedback  during  the  week  .  

there  will  be  some  big  differences  with  this  event  and  past  ones  ,  so  planning  and  plotting  will  be  essential  .  we  will  have  a  plot  drop  that  will  occur  at  random  during  this  event  week  ,  as  events  unfold  in  character  during  the  night  of  the  party  .  in  regards  to  what  this  plot  drop  includes  ,  we  will  inform  everyone  in  the  discord  prior  to  posting  it  as  it  involves  everyone  .  

this  will  be  considered  a  discord  and  tumblr  event !  any  open  starters  should  be  done  like  normal   ––   posted  in  the  event  channels  on  discord .   you  also  still  get  three  open  starters  on  the  discord .   however ,   if  you’d  like  to  post  any  more  closed  starters ,   they  can  be  done  on  tumblr .   activity  will  be  tracked  through  discord   so  make  sure  you’re  contributing  to  open  starters  along  with  your  closed  ones !
