🚨 Earlier this morning, over 70 Palestinians were martyred, and over 250 wounded, after the IOF opened fire on Palestinians waiting for the arrival of food aid on Al-Rashid Street in Gaza City, northern Gaza Strip.
They had also massacred people waiting for aid on previous occasions.

and the use of it on civilians is illegal under international law
white phosphorus ignites in contact with air, and is capable of burning through anything that's combustible; cloth, fuel, and humans. it (and its smoke!!!) destroys human skin and can continue to burn down to the bone. what's worse is that it also can reignite during treatment of the wounds if any combustible is used, causing more harm.
furthermore, white phosphorus burns oxygen meaning victims inhale phosphorus instead of oxygen which burns them from the inside out. it also can cause heart, liver and kidney damage.
below is a medical illustration of the different degrees of burns. white phosphorus causes 4th and 5th degree burns.
white phosphorus bombs have been used by israeli military against palestinians in heavily populated areas as well as on the northern border with lebanon.

I'm so proud of South Africa. They have survived apartheid in their own country and have returned to the ICJ as judges and lawyers to present their case against Israel. I hope this is a step towards achieving a ceasefire, bare minimum. We're putting our justice system to the test...

A little girl died from hunger in Khan Younis, southern Gaza, despite being in the area where aid trucks are distributed. Another family in the north in Gaza city was forced to eat a donkey, which for many in Palestine is inconceivable culturally. Bisan says there isn't even water (clean OR dirty) for them to drink or wash with.

Hey, everyone, This is Bisan from Gaza. I'm still alive and these are some figures you need to know to know what the situation is in Gaza after 70 days of continuous bombing.
So, 25,000 children became orphans after they lost one or both parents in the bombing. Nine out of ten people cannot eat every day and people in Gaza lost 70% of the water before the war. By the way, even before the war, We had so many problems and so many issues with the water: It was not clean, not drinkable, it was not enough for washing or drinking.
More than 25,0000 were killed, either found or still under the rubble, 12,0000 of them being children. Yes, you can now tell what is happening. By the way, 22 hospitals are out of service, more than 100 medical centers are out of service, more than 100 ambulances are out of service, and more than 300 doctors or medical staff were killed.
You can't survive this. You can't have medical care, you can't eat, you can't drink. You can't have anything in the Gaza Strip.
