Sunset Palms Suites
As you walk up to the former Sunset Palms Motel, you can see the signs of age and wear on the exterior. The once bright red paint on the walls is now faded and chipped, and the neon "Vacancy" sign has long since gone out. The entryway is dimly lit, and the floor tiles are cracked and uneven. The reception desk sits empty, with a faded sign directing you to call a phone number for leasing information. As you make your way down the hallway, you notice that each door is now marked with a number and a last name, indicating that the former motel rooms have been converted into apartments. The doors are thin and cheap, and you can hear muffled conversations and noises from within. The air conditioning units in the windows are old and inefficient, making the air inside the building feel damp and stuffy. The communal spaces, once lively with guests, are now empty and unused. Despite its dilapidated state, the Sunset Palms Motel-turned-Sunset Palms Suites still provides a roof over the heads of those in need of affordable housing.

Note
Hi! Are the builds of your rebuild series up for download? I mean your version, not the original ones :)
Hello! I'm sorry, but even if the original creators' TOU allowed for that, I wouldn't feel comfortable sharing something that's not my original work. Sometimes I change very little about a build, and I'd just feel iffy about sharing something like that. I hope you understand :)

Mirage Park
As you walk through the run down neighborhood, you can't help but notice the cracked sidewalks and graffiti-covered walls. The houses, many of which were built in the 1950s, appear to be in a state of disrepair with chipped paint and overgrown lawns. There are no parks or green spaces to be found, and the only shops nearby are rundown convenience stores and liquor shops. Despite the warm climate of Del Sol Valley, the atmosphere in Mirage Park feels cold and unwelcoming.

Del Sol Plaza
Del Sol Plaza is located in the heart of Del Sol Valley, and has a long and colorful history. Built in the early 1950s, it was once a bustling hub of activity, with a variety of shops, restaurants and businesses calling it home. Over time, however, the plaza began to lose its luster, as newer, more modern shopping centers popped up in the surrounding area. Today, the plaza is somewhat run down, but still manages to maintain a certain charm and character. It is home to a handful of businesses, including a pizzeria, a café, a thrift store, and a fish and chips shop, all of which have been fixtures of the city for many years. While it may not be as shiny and new as some of the surrounding shopping centers, the plaza continues to be an important part of the town's cultural heritage, and a place that many people hold dear.

Over the years, the theater has become a beloved institution in the community, hosting a wide range of productions and classes for people of all ages. The renovation included updates to the lighting and sound systems, as well as a redesign of the seating and lobby areas.
