Hi, are you doing another Big Bang next year?

Maybe! I'm definitely going to need more mod help if I do so because the turnout for the big bang was kind of disappointing*. I do take some of the blame for that for having so little energy to keep up with it towards the end ;;

I learned a lot from doing it this year and I'll do my best to correct my mistakes if I try again next year :D By then I hope to be in a better place in life to stay on top of things.

*But thank you so much to everyone who did post their finished works !

Momo copies her, holding her hand out so that it’s next to Jirou’s and pressing her thumb, middle finger, and pinky down in the only chord pattern that she remembers. “Like that?” she asks. “More or less,” Jirou says, and then slides her hand closer so that their pinkies are brushing up against each other. Her skin is rough and warm, her nails cut short and colored dark purple-black. When Momo glances up, Jirou doesn’t meet her eyes. “It’s more like… this,” she says, and covers Momo’s hand with hers completely. Her little fingers wrap around Momo’s, nails brushing against the top of her palm. Momo’s eyes widen in surprise once again, then crinkle closed as a giant, goofy smile splits across her face. She’s holding hands with the coolest girl she knows, going on a date with the coolest girl she knows. How on earth did she get so lucky? “I may not know much,” she says, quiet but teasing, “but I don’t think this is actually how you play piano.” *** five times jirou plays it cool, and one time she doesn’t have to.

Momo fell against her childhood best friend, his strong arms preventing them from toppling over yet still perfectly in place to allow their lips to meet. Momo’s plump, soft lips lightly pressed against Shoto’s slightly chapped ones as they met in the middle. She’d never felt anything like this before. It all seemed so…new. It was soft and delicate as the gentle flap of a butterfly’s wings. Her eyelids fluttered in surprise at the fluttery sensation as she inhaled sharply and–
