Firstly thank u for the good wishes!
Secondly I just have to tell u that my most favorites of ur writing are Partners in War and Task Force 141 Become Human.
(Sorry maybe this will get long but I have to put my thoughts somewhere)
Partners in War was the first I read from u and I really really love it for the way it deals with the intimacy between Ghost and Soap. Ghost is so careful with what he does and so attentive to Soap, which idk it just touched me. Also the fact that Ghost just doesn’t get flustered or embarrasses by anything happening (especially in the first chapter tho) makes it feel so safe and in comfort. He’s so casual with it all even though Soap isn’t and that makes it really great in my eyes.
With Task Force 141 Become Human it’s very similar in regards to how the intimacy between the characters is just so good. Plus the added tension and difficulty from the fact that Soap is an Android. The scene where Ghost “recarves” the scar on Soaps chin does things to me (positive things!). It’s so emotionally loaded and to feel so safe to let someone else cut u (even if it’s not really human flesh) and for the other to do that it’s just idk (I don’t have enough words aaaahhhh) it’s so well written. How it is also possible for Ghost to pull away and not engage in anything makes everything going on later so much better and gives it a different weight.
And just to add to it ur style of writing is impeccable. Everything u describe (and how u do it) let’s me feel so much closer to the story and everyone involved.
