Welcome to Part 2 of my version of the OM characters' angelic forms. Though, granted, none of the sides were actually shown with angelic forms. You can see the original post here.
With the release of Nightbringer, I had decided to redraw the characters' angelic forms (my headcanon version) in the new chibi style the game uses. I think they came out quite well.
As I mentioned in my previous post, I decided not to go with the halos I had the original chibi angels. Instead, I went with an aura that fit their general personalities.

Some of you may recall the og chibi style angels I did of the brothers, which can be found here.
With the release of Nightbringer, I decided to take some time to draw my version of their angel forms in the new chibi style. I decided not to go with halos and instead went for some stylistic auras.
Diamonds for Lucifer
Circles/coins for Mammon
Goldfish for Leviathan
Cats for Satan (Namely, the projectiles he throws during the rhythm games)
Hearts for Asmodeus
Burgers for Beelzebub
Crescent Moons for Belphegor
I'm actually fairly happy with how they came out even though they took a long time to finish (tfw life just keeps getting in the way, then distractions, procrastination...)
I've also done Diavolo, Barbatos, Simeon, Luke, and Solomon in this style as well! They'll eventually be posted.

Nightbringer's lesson 12 was the cutest thing ever, no joke. I thought the whole lesson was super sweet. Spoilers under the cute
Up to where I'm at in OG, I was never the biggest fan of Levi cause I didn't care for the way he acted. He did eventually grow on me, but NB's Levi has really grown on me. Something about him just seems a lot better than OG's version, imo. In L12, the stuff he says is soooo sweet. 10/10 would definitely go for a walk with him in devildom.
The fact that Satan was reading to us? My heart melted, I love him so much. I love how he's slowly coming out of his constant temper tantrums in a way that makes sense. I think they're handling him well in NB.
Beel is so sweet in general. Not my type, but 100% the best friend anyone could ask for. I love how he talks about all the gifts everyone brings and worries that his isn't up to par. Then he eats it in classic Beel style. Absolutely Adorable
Personally, I never had a liking for Mammon. I don't like the way Solmare pushes him on the user so hard. But even I can't deny how sweet he's trying to be in L12. Granted, I'm also not a fan of the "call him a moron every other sentence" thing they do to him, so it's really nice encouraging him in a non romantic way.
Asmo is an absolute sweetheart. I can't get over how much he wants us to feel included, like we belong. I would def do nail painting sessions with him, even though I don't actually paint my nails.
I may be biased cause, in case you can't tell from my blog name, I'm a big fan of Belphie. I really appreciate that they had him apologize fairly quickly in, imo, a somewhat realistic way. I was really hoping they wouldn't make him suddenly super cold and making us start from the bottom in trying to get close to him (I'm sure some would've preferred to keep him far away, and that's understandable). I appreciate that he admits his anger was misplaced and came from a place of grief rather than genuine hatred for us. I'm just glad we didn't get a shitty repeat of OG's lesson 16 arc.
Ah Lucifer. While I'm not really big on him, I really appreciate how much he tries to be the best older brother. When he's not trying to act like a parent to his younger brothers, he's actually really cool. It's really sweet that he's admitting these things to us, and I def approve being someone he can lower his barriers around.
Over all, I loved Lesson 12. I hope their story quality doesn't drop as they add more. So far, I think they're handling the characters fairly well. I'm trying to catch up in the OG story so I can understand some of NB's story elements better, but from the occasional posts I see about OG's story, it doesn't quite hold a candle to Nightbringer's storytelling.

I said I'd vectorize the side characters angel forms too (barring Raphael, Mephistopheles, and Thirteen), so I finished those up. I'm particularly a fan of Barbatos's and Solomon's.
I also have demon forms sketched for Simeon, Luke, and Solomon for funsies. Might vectorize those one day too, but then I'd be forced to show how over the top I made Simeon's for no real reason.

These were made sometime before their official angel forms were released (ages and ages ago, I know). I'm not overly fond of their official angel outfits, so I had decided to vectorize and post the sketches I had had of them. And now here I am posting them to my actual art blog with the release of Nightbringer.
Some thoughts/explanations ->
With Lucifer's outfit, I wanted to keep the diamond on the forehead, but a different color. Felt fitting. Also, I hate the way they draw his wings in his official outfits, so making wings that look like wings on him is like a breath of fresh air.
I personally believe all their angel outfits should've had wings instead of just Lucifer's. So they all have wings
I feel like the official angel outfits don't fit the characters and just generally have too much going on
I know Satan was never an angel, but he deserves to be angelic too
Regarding why I gave Belphie's angelic form a tail, I like to believe some angels have animalistic features while still appearing mostly humanoid
I did have halos sketched for them, but I never vectorized them. Maybe I'll do that one day since I plan on eventually vectorizing the side characters' angel sketches (barring Raphael, Mephistopheles, and Thirteen). And possibly demon sketches for Simeon, Luke, and Solomon.

Lesson 11 felt like a blast from the past in not the most pleasant way lol. Spoilers Below the cut
Overall, I liked lesson 11. Gotta say, though, was not a fan of the near rehash of OG OM's lesson 16 (iirc, the arc where Belphie kills MC for being human).
I get why he reacts that way, but as someone who really likes Belphie, I'm sad nonetheless :(
The loss of Lilith is still fresh and ofc the guilt, so it isn't an unreasonable action that he took against mc. Same goes for how Lucifer reacts as well.
That aside, this is the first time I'm meeting Thirteen, and I see why people like her. She's fun after the initial meeting (I'm not caught up with OG OM's Story, but idrc about spoilers regarding it)

Hey, everyone, remember me, Chaotic Sloth? I'm still here :)
You may have noticed I seemingly disappeared off the face of the earth early 2020. Well, with the release of Nightbringer, I'm considering returning to HCs and opinions. You're welcome to throw asks my way again.
However! Be aware, I'm not caught up with OM's story, but I do plan to stay caught up with NB's story for the foreseeable future. So, I will not answer any asks requesting stuff about Raphael, Mephistopheles, or Thirteen at this time, as I never read to where they show up. IF they show up in NB later on for whatever reason (for more than one or two chapters in a lesson), I will reconsider this position.
I'll also take this post to link to my old masterlist of HCs for anyone interested. Under the assumption that I'll be returning (albeit, probably not as active as I previously was, but returning nonetheless), I'll be sure to separate old HC posts from newer ones on the masterlist, but I will not be making a new master list post.
I would also like to mention, I will not be answering previous asks to this blog. I'm sorry to anyone who may have had asks back then, but moving on, I'll only answer asks that come in after this post.

Why yes! I quite like that idea!
Lucifer >>
It wasn’t abnormal for him to have to pull near allnighters to get his work done. But he was really good at hiding how much he had slept the night before. Most of the time, anyway.
He’d been pretty well engaged into the conversation moments before, but having not had a good rest in a long time, he dozed off. He’d wake up almost immediately, especially if you tried to get his attention. He wouldn’t deny it, but he’d be incredibly embarrassed to have fallen asleep in front of you. It’d be hard for him to admit he hadn’t been getting enough sleep.
Mammon >>
Sometimes, he’ll pull all nighters for various things. He’ll stay up all night counting his dollars, or playing a gambling game.
Falling asleep on you while you’re both mid conversation was bound to happen after staying awake all night. You’ll have to get his attention to wake him back up, and when he does, he’ll deny that he ever fell asleep. He was “just testing you” to see if you’d notice.
Leviathan >>
Pulling allnighters is not uncommon for him, especially when a new game comes out or full seasons of a good show are released on a streaming platform. Most of the time, he’ll invite you to come along.
However, pulling allnighters can make anyone exhausted, even he who does it constantly. He tries not to fall asleep in front of you, especially since it’s during the day, but it inevitably happens. And when it does, he snaps back awake, swearing up and down that he didn’t mean to fall asleep.
Satan >>
Late night reading sessions will make anyone tired the next day. It’s pretty common for him to stay up till the early hours of the morning when he’s caught up in a good book. He’s very good at hiding his exhaustion, not wanting anyone to pity him just because he looks tired.
But if he’s comfortable around you, he’s less likely to hold onto his mask that hides his tiredness. When he manages to doze off in front of you, he’ll snap back awake and hope you didn’t notice. If its apparent you did, dependent on his mood, he’ll either apologize and continue the conversation, or he’ll play it off like it didn’t happen.
Asmodeus >>
He keeps to a very strict sleeping schedule. It’s important to keep his skin fresh and supple. Staying up all night is bound to cause wrinkles and other unfavorable blemishes. But, it’s not impossible for something to keep even him awake when he should be sleeping.
Falling asleep in front of you is not something he could imagine doing. But sometimes it can’t helped. When he does end up dozing off in front of you, he’s immediately embarrassed to have done such a thing. He won’t apologize, but rather complain about what caused him to feel so sleepy during the day.
Beelzebub >>
Getting hungry in the middle of the night is pretty common for him. Sometimes, he won’t be able to return to sleep after grabbing a snack, so he ends up going for another one. When he can’t go back to sleep, he ends up going into the next day exhausted and hungry.
Falling asleep in front of you is definitely not something he tries to do. He prefers to stay awake to listen to what you have to say. But, sometimes it happens. If he does end up falling asleep, he’ll end up flustered and try to apologize for dozing off on you. He hopes you understand it wasn’t intentional.
Belphegor >>
He has a tendency to stay up all night and sleep in spurts throughout the day. It’s not uncommon for him to become bored enough to fall asleep just about anywhere at any time during the day.
However, he tries not to fall asleep when he’s spending time with you unless you’re both doing nothing but waiting for something else. But sometimes it happens. Typically, he tries to play it off like it didn’t happen unless you call him out on it. Then he’ll apologize.
Diavolo >>
He tries not to stay up too late into the night for paperwork, but sometimes it can’t quite be helped. When he does end up staying up far late into the night, he’ll go through the next day exhausted. He’s fairly decent at hiding it, however, what with needing to keep up a good appearance to his subjects.
As much as he likes listening to you talk, if he had spent the night before doing nothing but paperwork, it was only a matter of time before your voice lulled him into a sleep. He’d be embarrassed to find himself having fallen asleep in front of you and will try to apologize.
Simeon >>
He’s usually pretty good at maintaining a good sleeping schedule. But, sometimes even an angel like him will go through days exhausted due to some circumstance.
Despite his apparent exhaustion, he’d do everything in his power to make sure he doesn’t fall asleep while you two are doing something together. However, when he inevitably dozes off in a lull of the conversation, he snaps awake, surprised that he’d fallen asleep. He hopes you didn’t notice, but if its apparent you did, he’ll try to apologize.
Solomon >>
He’s not really the type to fall asleep in any setting where it’s not intentional. Most of the time, he takes great care in making sure he’s not exhausted. But, even for someone like him, there are days where he can’t help but be sleepy.
He tried to stay awake, he really did. Once he dozes off midconversation, he jerks awake almost immediately, embarrassed. He’ll try to apologize and play it off, anything to make sure you don’t worry too much.

Real quick, I wanna let everyone know just how much I appreciate all of you! You guys are the ones that keep this blog alive! :D
With that, I’d like to give a quick explanation why I haven’t made a post in a good few days. Unfortunately, my laptop required a wipe and reset, so I’ve been dealing with that and trying to get all my programs and files back to how they were. I’ve made good progress thus far, and will hopefully get out some more headcanon posts very soon!
I’m also looking forward to the angel/demon headcanons I’ve got. It’ll be a very lovely post once it’s finished, trust me.
For everyone who’s stuck around thus far in both this post and the blog as a whole, thank you so much! I wish everyone a wonderful and safe day/night!

Hi! Can I request for HC’s of the demon brothers reacting to Diavolo declaring that he’s going to marry MC for political reasons, while the brothers have been keeping their romantic relationship a secret from everyone else?
Why yes~!
Lucifer >>
You and he had been keeping your relationship a secret even from the rest of his brothers for a reason, and until the time was right, you both planned to keep it that way. However, Diavolo’s declaration immediately upsets him.
He didn’t want to reveal your relationship just yet, but he felt it might be high time before Diavolo tries to go further with his wishes.
Mammon >>
Keeping your relationship a secret was hard for him, but at the same time not hard. Even before you were in a relationship, he would constantly not allow his brothers to be anywhere near you, and that didn’t change even after you decided to be in an official relationship.
He lets it slip immediately after Diavolo’s declaration. He’d already been close to mentioning your relationship for a while, and this was the straw that broke the camel’s back. He wasn’t about to lose you to someone who didn’t seem to even share any deeper feelings with you.
Leviathan >>
Seeing as most of your relationship was spent in his room, binge watching shows and playing videogames, it wasn’t too hard to hide the fact that you two shared a relationship. He didn’t mind keeping it secret, as it meant less teasing from his brothers telling him he was “finally becoming a man.”
His first reaction to Diavolo’s declaration was to start arguing about how you can’t just declare you’re going to marry someone without any prior relationship. His argument eventually turns to him confessing he was in a secret relationship with you.
Satan >>
Satan could understand why it was better to keep your relationship a secret from the others. But at the same time, he wished he didn’t have to hide his love from you from everyone else. He would often wonder what the right way to reveal your shared relationship to everyone else would be.
He’s strongly offended the moment Diavolo declares his wish to marry you for political reasons. He makes it clear right away just how offended he is that Diavolo would marry you just for political reasons and nothing deeper. Obviously you and Diavolo didn’t share a deeper relationship.
Asmodeus >>
It was hard to keep your relationship secret, but at the same time not at all. He was always lovey dovey to you, and even before your relationship began. But he was also lovey dovey to anyone who would give him the time of day, though that decreased after your relationship together began. Fortunately, it was easy for him to hide it under the claim of “taking more time for himself instead of impressing everyone else.”
As soon as Diavolo makes his declaration, he’ll immediately be jumping to your defense and saying just how much you mean to him and how there’s no way Diavolo could marry you when you were going to marry him.
Beelzebub >>
Keeping your relationship with him a secret hadn’t been too difficult. He’d always been supportive of you and your decisions, and that certainly never changed when you two decided on being in an official relationship. Though, he had spent a lot more time than before with you, especially cooking meals together or going to food shops.
Diavolo declaring his wish to marry you for political reasons had him upset immediately. He didn’t speak out right away, but it didn’t take long for him to finally make it known that you two shared a relationship and he wouldn’t put up with Diavolo trying to take you from him.
Belphegor >>
He didn’t mind keeping the relationship a secret. Sometimes it was hard to keep it to himself when he’d watch his brothers or other demons try to flirt with you. But he puts up with it for those moments when it’s just you two alone.
However, once Diavolo makes his declaration, he can’t hide it anymore. He already doesn’t particularly like Diavolo, and he’s pissed that Diavolo would want to marry you just for political reasons and nothing deeper.

Howdy, everyone! I wanted to thank everyone soooo much for helping me reach one thousand followers! Never would I have dreamed of reaching such a milestone anywhere.
You guys are amazing, and I appreciate every one of you, even those of you who have given me trouble in the past!
I’d like to take this opportunity to announce that I am working on an art project for the blog to go alongside some new headcanons! It’s a bit of a long process due to detail + having the time to work on it. Besides that, for anyone who may be worried about me during the quarantine, yes, I’m still safe! I try to stay inside as much as possible, though I have had to go out to make shopping trips for food and other required items.
