so lucy frostblade chose not to be brought back to life under some sort of rageful condition/worshipping (presumedly) the corrupted version of ankarna.
i can’t stop thinking about fig’s interaction with ivy at the shrimp jump party. ivy wasn’t surprised to see lucy alive. as far as we/the bad kids know, ivy had no way of seeing past fig’s disguise self (and she’s a ranger, right? idk if rangers even have abilities to do that, correct me if i’m wrong).
does this imply some sort of constant tether to the dead folks who could be brought back under the rule of ankarna and (presumedly) jace stardiamond? is that hand constantly outstretched towards them? a carrot on a stick? saying you can come back to life whenever you’d like, it’s just fiery and bright and bigger than yourself now.
did ivy assume lucy took that offer?
and what about the other students at aguefort who’ve become incredibly angry? moleman, skrank, the kid from fabian’s bard class, etc. are they being killed to be harvested as more rageful souls for ankarna?
i feel like i’m going insane and i NEED ANSWERS
