What's the most comforting thing someone has ever said to you?

“a good heart is not always a good thing”

I thought quite long about this quote. If a quote or a text makes you think, it’s a good one. By this one I understand, that if you love a person you always see the good in them. Well you know their quirks but they don’t bother you, which is right. Sometimes there are those moments, in which you get to see the side of them you always were scared of. Some people just aren’t meant to be, even if you wanted it to be true. Some people break your heart, destroy you, hurt and disappoint you and to you it doesn’t matter. But exactly then you have to be strong. You must have enough ambition and self-love to walk away and accept it. I know at the first moment it doesn’t feel like it’s getting better but trust me, it will. Trust the process. 

the reason I love to read is, it teaches us how to be alone

I‘m trying everyday to not fall deeper. I'm even at this point where I tell myself, I don't deserve to be happy.

I feel nothing but emptiness and anger. it's all just so fucked-up and I don't know how to get through it, even when I'm doing it everyday.

everything comes to an end. even love stories, that once seemed too great to be written down. but it's part of the cycle that our heart breaks and we feel the pieces cut every time we try to step forward, so we swear to never care again, to never let anyone in. but when your heart is broken, it's the most open, vulnerable and soft. so far in your dark that you will see every little spark of light in a new love and that's why crushed hearts tend to grow together as one.
