It was proven to him countless times. Even though Pixar can be quiet lazy and unproductive, it doesn't mean the young man doesn't know how t work. He mostly works on short term thins, nothing to complicate, unlike Disney. However, the neither is talented in both ways, there for they rely on each other often.
