Year 2594 B.E. (Before Extinction).  The planet Earth you know it was coming to an end.  Humans purging each other over ethnicity and opinions that aren't their own, fighting for the dwindling necessities and resources.  War breaks out between everyone, and the thing to mark the end of the war era?  Nukes.  Missles sent out in every which direction, reducing nearly everything to rubble.  The few that survived the nuclear fallout were tasked with rebuilding society after humans themselves nearly brought themselves into extinction.  The downfall of man and their material allows the evolution of other creatures to skyrocket.Skip ahead to the year 2621.  Animals have some amount of consciousness and have evolved significantly. The God of All returns, confronting the remaining humans.  Not to free them, no, but to reprimand and manage.  The Neodome project is started to separate humans the rest of the world and a higher order keeps tabs on them to make sure that history doesn't repeat itself, managing the population and protecting those who live outside of it.The year is 2948.  Animals have gained full sentience and have evolved to have more human like qualities such as walking on two legs and speaking.  They live alongside primordial animals, animals who don't have a human level of sentience an are more feral.  So called mythical creatures such as dragons, unicorns, elves, imps and so on came out of hiding.  Kingdoms were formed, Gods were sent to supervise "sectors" and excessive technology was outlawed outside of the Neodome in hopes of preventing a repeat of what happened oh so long ago.  What's stopping the animals and other creatures from borrowing tech from the Neodome?  One simple fact.  Human prejudice.Humans look at most any species outside of their own or feral animals as freakish and unwelcome in their controlled city.  Since the Neodome is unfit for most any feral animal to live aside from domestic pets the gods supply the humans with what they need to survi...
