Seawing redesign

➽Description: seawings are one of the smallest tribes and grow quite slow, though they seem to have longer lifespans than other tribes. they have short wings used mostly for swimming or gliding, they lack the ability to fly long distances and rely on strong formals to fly. seawings unlike other tribes lack horns, instead having large frills that are used to display emotions or language. seawings all have unique body markings that emit different colours leading to strange glowing blood, these are used for language though, aquatic is made up of mostly body language like hand movements, wing flapping, frill flaring, ect.

drew this while i was listening to the darkest hour audiobook, i'm quite happy with how the fur looks though i gotta practice drawing cats, his face looks like he was hit with a brick.

did this a while ago. i'm not really happy with it, i like the colours but the perspective is really weird so ill be practicing my environment art a lot more

water spirit

I wanted to try something different so I went for a more peaceful scene. i'm not entirely happy with the final render, I found a cool brush that made the sketch look way better so I'll try practicing this rendering style in the future.

Great nest

Polar night

In the freezing forest a father leaellynasaura protects his chicks from the cold.

I recently learnt about leaellynasaura and it's become my favorite dinosaur, and it's awesome to see a dinosaur from my country. this group are based on cassowaries, I originally designed them after owls but wanted them to stick out more colour wise.

Hoenn trio

Treecko is a small reptilian that lives high up on tree branches, it has evolved to mimic leaves for protection from predators as well as using its leaf like tails to attract Beautifly which will lay their eggs on Treeckos tail, once the eggs hatch it will keep the Wurmple on its tail for long periods of time using the Wurmple as a easy food source. the bright red stripe running down its stomach is often used as a way to scare of smaller predators.

Mudkip are Amphibious creatures living in murky waters, they have a pair brightly coloured gills though they can also breath on land, their gills are often used as a way to communicate to others of their kind using vibrations and as a way to scare of and predators. 

Torchic's upper body is covered in a thick layer of feathers, this provides extra heating for the bird which it uses to help power its fire attacks, its head has a large crest which moves depending on what the Torchic is feeling, they often flare these feathers out when trying to intimidate larger Pokémon.

Beyond the fields

wanted to test out a snow environment and took quite a bit of inspiration from Simon Stålenhag. i'm still trying to figure out how to create a sense of scale and really failed at that but i do like how i drew the car

quick test, i wanted to redraw my characters scar to really make it look gruesome to match the setting (dark fantasy) originally her scar looked like a burn but i really wanted it to look like her face was rotting of and that the exposure to the air had turned her teeth and eye into a rotten yellow

Little survivors

man this took way to long, i'm not really used to line art so this was an absolute pain. i was inspired by neytirix's old series on fnaf where she drew them all humanoid and kind of cyberpunk. i came up for an idea where i draw all the little nightmares characters in there own style and aesthetic, six is tech wear and cyber punk while mono is kidcore and arcadecore

Story: six having absorbed the powers of the lady in the ever increasing need to sustain her hunger created a hunting hound out of metal and other straps she could find, once she sets her dog on you, you will never get away.  as the signal towers reach clawed its way further away it tried to enhance the experience of watching tv, when mono was left in the tower it tried using him to create colour tv, it succeeded but only mono could hold this power and with great strength he broke out of the loop, and now the towers signal still calls for him, trying so desperately to lure him back. the mixed signal from the tower and monos coloured tv has split him into a mesh of flesh, human and technology.

Tazmin design test

test i did awhile back, i'm practicing robots and other industrial stuff.

the idea behind this is that during an apocalyptical event that altered the planet's air, soldiers were given these robots which helped during battle and filtered air that could be transferred back into the soldier's masks. also, i named the robot after the turtle i had when i was a kid

Phoenix fire

Art of my bird Phoenix, I've had her for a couple of months now and Lui's really happy to have someone to talk to but my god i thought Lui had a temper, Phoenix is so beyond that, so I drew her how I like to imagine she sees herself when she's angry at me.
