Everybody talks about cutting ppl off but nobody really talks about the grief that comes with having to stand firm on that decision knowing it’s not what you wanted but what was necessary for your well-being.

The older I get the less I ship Amberprice but the worse I feel for Rachel. Not even her fate, that was always awful, but how the narrative treats her.
The whole ‘Rachel Amber was a unknowable force of nature’ works really Really well in LiS but the moment you remember that, no, Rachel Amber was very much a teenage girl that got over her head because of her desire to make her dreams reality? It’s not only sad (for me it’s the fact that by the end of LiS not even Chloe can say she knew Rachel anymore) but also from a outsider point of view…. Kinda gross?
I don’t know. It just makes me kinda uncomfortable how comfortable the game is at sexualizing Rachel or maybe more specifically how comfortable it is with grown men being completely ok with dating her. There is such little push back from the game on that ( all of the negative-ness is so focused on the fact that Chloe feels lied too about it) not the fact that grown men were sleeping with a barely legal teenager.

I haven’t seen a lot of posts that shed some positivity for non-binary Muslims who wear the hijab – I personally sometimes feel it’s frustrating that people see hijabi non-binary people as “female” just because the hijab is an obligation for women. My hijab does not define my gender; only my obligation to my God and my religion!
Shoutout to all non-binary hijabi Muslims out there; you are valid and Allah loves you, insya-Allah!

In honor of Asexual awareness week coming up;
(Oct 21st - Oct 27th)
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Smash that motherfucking reblog button if you support Asexuals and consider them a valued part of the LGBTQ+ community!
Exclusionists/Acephobes do not interact.
Edit; Acephobes/Exclusionists who have replied to this post anyway, obviously unable to read… I am not here to argue with you. This isn’t about discourse. Fuck you.
Our identities have been discourse topics for too long. Not this week. This week is about celebrating ourselves. This week I’m done with you. I’m no platforming you.
This is the week we block on sight.
