Post-Totk Link is still plagued with nightmares of the Light Dragon, Gloom Hands, Phantom Ganon...Puppet Zelda...loneliness.
He wakes up at night screaming, hyperventilating, sobbing. But Zelda is there and she comforts him with love, kindness and patience! Like Link did for her Post-Botw.
It's gonna take time...but Link is gonna be fine ♥ Zelda too.
They are all gonna be fine and live happily ever after!!!
And Hateno domestic fluff resumes.

Gratitude Ch. 5
Summary: Sky and Legend fight some moblins then Sky infodumps about Loftwings. 1.3k. Fluff.
Except below the cut :D
“‘Course it would be you to say that, birdbrain,” Legend teased. Sky beamed at him in response, and Legend rolled his eyes harder.
“Y’know,” Sky said in the most innocent voice he was capable of. “I heard that if you roll your eyes too hard they’ll fall right out of your head."
“Oh, give me a break.” Legend waved a hand in Sky’s general direction and pushed himself off the tree, resolutely ignoring Sky’s soft laughter.
Legend took one step then stumbled to the side, grimacing in pain. Sky gasped and lunged forward to grab Legend’s arm and steady him.
“Are you—”
“I’m fine. Just my damn knee,” Legend growled. Sky followed his gaze to the knee wrapped in a compression brace. It had been giving Legend more trouble than usual, lately. The storm brewing and the unexpected battle certainly weren’t helping.
