This big bowl of cheesy goodness is 70 cal. Deadass 70 calories for a huge healthy, and filling as hell meal. I’ve basically become a chef at this point in my ED. (I can make a recipe if y'all want its really yum and easy)

170 grams (1 cup prepared) of Green Giant Riced Veggies -Cauliflower Risotto Meledy
21 grams (1 wedge) of The Laughing Cow - Creamy Swiss Light
1 tsp of garlic / onion powder
1 tsp of white pepper
½ tbsp of salt
I microwaved it and ate it right when I came downstairs, it’s only took a few minutes to make! I’m supperr full now so 1000/10 recommend 😋
