WAIT PAUSE (again)
you know that idle venti does of him floating off the ground with the tiny ver of his burst in his hand. imagine him doing that, floating off the ground, just to reach eos's lips to give them a lil kissy (or many!)
it doesnt even stop there, if he wants your attention, that's probably one of the many ways he likes to do so—he floats himself off the ground to just grab your face and turn it to face him and you just see a cute lil >:c on his face and you know it's time to pay attention to your cute husband again
he just does that for literally everything, like he loves it a lot when you yourself pick him up and carry him around but also he likes being a bit of a show off and uses his fancy lil wind powers to make you "swoon and fall for me all over again!!!" (completely unnecessary but the thought counts, right?)
that is all. thank you
-🌷
AAAAAHHHJJ!!! FUCK THIS IS SO CUTE!!!!!!!
This idea got me like
Tumblr media
"You're so adorable. I'm falling for you all over again, dear." You told Venti after he stole the 10th kiss from you today, your voice carrying the same energy as the Damn bro you got the whole squad laughing meme. Briefly, you wonder if he's ever planning to break his 100 kiss record.
Venti pouts as he gently lands on the ground, crossing his arms as he looks up at you. "When you're saying it with such a straight face, I'm finding it hard to believe you, Windblume!"
Finally, you smile. It never fails to send the bard's heart stuttering. "I thought it would be funny to say it like that." You finally turn to hold your broom and begin sweeping off the leaves in front of the Cathedral, briefly sending Albert a glare to scram (which the scared man thankfully did, Barbara owes you a cream stew for this favor), before continuing.
"You know you could just use anemo to get it over with, right? Why use a broom and make it hard on yourself?"
I want to have a sense of normalcy, you wanted to say, but instead you reply. "I like the sound the broom and leaves make. Why don't you help me clean your church?"
"Noooo~!" He hugs you from behind like a child about to be forced to interact with a relative he's scared of. "I don't want to work!"
"I'll buy you wine from Cat's Tail."
Venti snatches the extra broom lying around and begins diligently sweeping dirt and leaves, making you shake your head. He's so easy.
Of course, it didn't take long until Venti begins to get bored, huffing softly to himself as he steals a glance at you every two (2) seconds. How can he do the chore swiftly and show off to you at the same time, without losing his Cat's Tail cocktail?
A breeze gently blows, making your veil sway in the direction the wind was going. He suddenly has a brilliant idea.
He steps back a little, puts the broom between his legs, before running as fast and he could and using his anemo power to fly sky high as he laughs merrily. The wind he generated and controlled blew the leaves away swiftly and gathered them into a giant pile. The sudden gust of strong wind caught you off guard and it blows your veil away, exposing your beautiful teal hair with white streaks to Venti's eyes, and he sighs.
You truly are the most beautiful elemental spirit he has ever laid his eyes on.
He gently lands with a wide grin, handing you the broom he was riding early on. You huffed at him for his stunt before smiling to yourself, taking it from him and walking off to put them away.
"Can you find my veil for me?"
"Why hide such a beautiful part of yourself from my eyes?" He floats beside you as you close the door where the church keeps the cleaning supplies.
"You want it off?"
"I want everything off."
If you have eyes, they'd be wide open right now. Silence ensues. Then Venti sputters as he realizes what he had just said, mortified and embarrassed.
"I-I mean!! I do, but– but I mean to say that I wanted you to dress into... something else?"
Laughter spills from your lips and the bard finds himself falling in love all over again. This is already thrice in a row, and he hasn't even seen you turn bashful today!
"Are you asking me out on a date?"
He floats just a little higher and cups your face. "Yes. You've been so busy with church duties and I miss you. I'm your god, yet you don't even take the time to whisper a prayer to me."
You don't even need your special elemental sight to know that he's frowning. You cup his face as well with both of your hands.
"I'm sorry. May I start to recite a prayer to you now, my one and only Lord?"
No fair. You keep making his heart skip a beat without even trying. He's the one who wanted to show off and make you swoon, but it's him who always gets his feet swept up from under him.
"Proceed."
You lean in and whispered your heartfelt prayer to his lips, every subtle touch of your upper lip against his are sending bolts of pleasure down his spine. It feels good but it also feels like torture because the little lip touches just makes him want to pull you in and kiss you fully.
"...Was my apology prayer enough to earn your forgiveness?"
He snaps out of it. He didn't pay much attention to what you were saying because he was too preoccupied with his desire to kiss you. "...No."
"No?"
Venti grinned. "You still have to go on a date with me to properly quell my divine wrath, you know?"
You laughed softly. "Oh Celestia forbid I anger my god. I should change into my best clothes then."
"A kiss before you go?"
You just simpered. "I'd like to save it at the end of the date."
Venti groans loudly as he watched your chuckling form leave, before smiling to himself. Well, time to prepare for your date swiftly before picking you up!
...He still wants to show off to you. Maybe Dvalin could help him out a little?

I need help, as someone who loves Venti as a character a lot, it hurts to see people call Kazuha the Anemo archon. I mind Kazuha and he’s interesting but I’m just so mad at MHYO for making venti weaker than a random samurai who managed to parry Ei’s sword.
I shouldn’t get angry about this, but as hard as I try to like Kazuha it’s just hard when everyone shits on Venti. If it’s about the meta crap, he’s good in spiral abyss again and you need two teams anyway so why do people treat Venti like he’s a random guy from mondstadt? (I understand the npcs but the players?!)
Sorry for ranting. Someone probably asked this question before but I’m just so angry it’s been so many updates and he’s still considered “weak”?
I knoooow. And yes, someone has had a similar complaint to me about Kazuha.
As for me, I'm completely neutral about all this meta stuff. All I care about is Venti and making him very strong. The only thing I can advice is to probably avoid reading Venti slander for your own mental health and maybe filter the Genshin content you wish to see? That's what I do and it helps me keep my eternal chill.
Block the Venti slander and welcome the Venti worship. Don't let yourself be stressed out over this. Venti sure doesn't care what people think of him, so why would you let that get under your skin? Just chill, anon. Venti will shine past Kazuha and the others one day.
May the wind soothe your anger.

Might open my commissions again soon!
Though, are there any other methods of payment available for those who can't use Paypal?? I'm thinking of asking for Genshin crystals instead, but rn I need money so that's not an option right now lol

Commission for @unkownknowledge
Can I please commission Venti saving a transfem reader from their transphobic family?(And maybe falling in love?) With the fic being Venti helping reader find feminine clothes?
I did my very best so I hope you like it! Please read the tags before reading this work.
You have been uncomfortable in your skin for as long as you could remember.
However, you were only a kid back then, so it’s understandable why you couldn’t figure out why you felt so awful.
You were a teenager when you finally realized why.
It was only out of curiosity, but you tried on your mother’s lipstick and dress.
You couldn’t bear to look at yourself in the mirror before, but now that you are dressed femininely…
For the first time, you felt free. You’re so beautiful.
This is who you truly are. You are a woman.
Excited, you share the news with your family. You were disappointed.
Your father attempted to make you “snap out of your delusion” by intensively training you in swordsmanship and archery, hoping his son will “come back”.
You told him you have always been his DAUGHTER. He made you run until you couldn’t move.
Your mother couldn’t even bare to look at you. She hid her makeup and dresses.
It didn’t bother you because you bought your own, but it broke your heart to see her reject you. She acted like you didn’t exist.
Dinners are quiet. Uncomfortable. Unbearable.
You grew afraid for your survival. Your parents may kick you out of their home at any time.
Tearfully, you conveyed your fears to your friend, Venti. You hadn’t known him long, but you made you feel safe.
“Can you fight?”
You nodded. Your father drilled swordsmanship and archery lessons in you since you were 13.
“Great! Now, show me what you can do.”
He brought you to a small hilichurl camp and asked you to exterminate them. You did it, and while he gave you some slight assistance, you mostly managed to do it on your own.
Satisfied, he told you, “You should be able to be an adventurer and earn an honest living, then.”
You cried. He smiled and held you.
That was the day you received your Anemo vision.
He was there when you registered yourself at the Adventurer’s Guild.
The Guild Branch offers rooms for adventurers who don’t have homes. That’s where Bennett stays and he’s happy to have someone near his age that he can talk to.
Venti gave you occasional assistance on your commissions. And if he can’t, he points you to an adventurer party that can. Or you like going with Bennett, if you’re looking up for a challenge.
Soon, you had formed an adventuring party who you can trust to have your back.
Venti observed you live your life freely with a supportive grin. He is so proud of you.
A smile suits your beautiful face rather than the constant gloom he used to see.
You turn to grace him with that smile that made his heart throb with longing. He smiles back softly.
As for you, you are content.
You may have lost your family forever but you had yourself.
You have YOU and it is enough.
"Venti, hurry up! They have this pretty leather armor on sale and I don’t want to miss out!"
"Ugh… alright, alright." He groaned, looking like he had just woken up from an alcohol-induced sleep last night. He agreed with you that he should hurry but he made no attempt to walk faster.
You sighed affectionately at him. "Did you have a fun night?"
He brightened slightly, recalling all of what happened last night at the Angel's Share. Judging by how elated the bard is, you could imagine that he was happy. Although, perhaps at the expense of Charles or Master Diluc. "Indeed, I did. A little too much fun, in fact. Im nearly out of mora."
"Oh, Venti. And here I was about to ask you to treat me to lunch later."
"Have mercy upon my wallet."
You giggled as you reached Wagner’s shop and slam-opened the door like you owned the place. That earned you a snort from Venti and a grunt of irritation from the blacksmith. The anemo god seemed happy to see you so confident now, unlike the trembling lost girl he had met a few years ago. He now wonders what you would think if you knew who he truly was. For now, he's content to keep it secret. He'll tell you one day, just not right now.
"If it weren't for the fact that you are one of my most loyal customers, I'd have kicked you out immediately," Wagner grunted, giving you a lazy glare. "Now, I'm busy. Tell me what you want then scram."
Unbothered, you immediately place your order for your leather armor as well as asking him to sharpen your silver sword that has gone dull. Wagner takes your sword and get to work. Then you face Venti, who still looks like he's hungover. You give him a sympathetic smile and gave him a soft headpat, hoping to ease his suffering a bit.
"Thank you, dear friend," Venti sighed, leaning against your hand.
"You're welcome, Venti," you replied. You continue your ministrations until Wagner was done with your order. After that, you walked with the bard to a clothing store, intending you get yourself a few dresses and skirts. As a very busy adventurer, there are times when your clothes inevitably get caught in bushes, branches and thorns. Sometimes it either rips, tears, and gets singed from hilichurl and elemental monster attacks. Thankfully, your last commission paid exceptionally well and you're now able to afford new clothing. You took Venti with you in hopes of getting his opinion.
But you also wanted to dress up and impress him. And you hope to fish some compliments from him, too. You pray to Barbatos that Venti would find you beautiful.
A breeze blows past you softly. You turn to look at Venti, who's looking at you with flushed cheeks and a bright smile. You took both of those as good signs.
A ring from a bell echoes in the empty boutique when Venti opens the door to let you in first.
"After you, my lady." Venti bowed.
"Thank you, kind gentleman." you giggled.
Venti took a seat and you began choosing clothing with the help of the sales lady. He looks around, humming to himself as he tries to help out with searching for clothing that will suit you and your taste. His eyes landed on a mint-colored dress. It's not suitable for adventuring, but it'd be suitable for a small event that's coming up soon. It'll be a day full of singing and dancing. He could already imagine you having fun.
"Hey," Venti called for your attention, raising the hand that has the dress. "Will you be willing to try this on? I think you'll look great in it. I'll pay for it, no worries."
"You don't have to, Venti…" you felt breathless. The dress looks beautiful, but you can't help but blush at the realization that he wants you to match with his color scheme. The colors look like his own, just a little lighter.
"I insist. Now, try it on! I want to see you in it."
So you did. You even styled your hair in order to match the dress, and the lady assisting you even suggested some great accessories and shoes to go along with it. When you exited the changing room to face Venti, you were a little flustered over how much effort you put in order to impress him. You dare lift your eyes to try and see his reaction.
The bard just averted his eyes from you. You would've been disappointed if you didn't just witness how the blush on his cheeks spread across his face like a forest wildfire. You were honestly a little thrilled and pleased.
"Sooo…" you slowly spun in place. "How do I look?"
He's mumbling.
"What?" You walked closer.
"I said… you look stunning." He shyly looks up at you from where he's sitting. "Breathtaking. Beautiful. Gorgeous. The fairest lady in the land."
As he began to confidently rain praises on you, it's your turn to feel flustered. You laughed awkwardly, raising your hands to shield yourself from the onslaught of praise.
"Okay, okay, I get it! I guess I'll get it along with the rest of the clothes I picked earlier."
Despite your protest, you couldn't stop Venti from paying for all of the clothes as well as the accessiories you picked. And as he gently took your hand while he carried your bags, you felt like the most cherished woman in all of Mondstadt. Your heart couldn't help but skip a few beats whenever he squeezes your hand. Soon, you reach the Guild Headquarters where you stay.
"Good night, Venti. Thanks for accompanying me."
"Yeah. Good night."
None of you made another move. There's a slight tension in the air. Then Venti takes your hand and places a kiss on your knuckle, then bows, walking away into the streets of Mondstadt. He leaves you stunned, but ultimately very happy.

Commissioned by @udretlnea
Request: I'm thinking slice of life, second person, and it takes place in Mondstadt. The reader is well known and liked by practically everyone; they are currently there to observe the Alchemy Event going on right now- This is just set-up. I imagine Venti is there waiting w/ Diona for their potion order; then he sees Reader and he gets intrigued so he surprises them. The two walk out of earshot and have a pleasant chat about what's been going on- Since the fic is only 1k, I'd prefer to keep it short between them. Reader mentions how they're adjusting to their role as "Overseer of Teyvat" (implying this is a Creator!Sagau); they offhandedly mention how Khaenri'ah's been working on dimension hopping tech before Diona drags Venti away. And the fic ends with Reader feeling uneasy about opening Teyvat up, but they choose to ignore it to go and experience the event.
Thanks for commissioning me!
It is convenient; the fact that you obtained godlike power as soon as you stepped foot unto the soil of Teyvat. It had been a tremendous help in navigating these new lands you'd been transmigrated into and made life easier. Just like this time. It didn't really take long until you reached the venue where the Alchemy Event organized by the Knights of Favonius is, all due to your ability to teleport long distances. You shook your head to get out of your musings and began to look around your surroundings.
It was a modest event focused solely on alchemy. Unfamiliar faces from both Mondstadt and outside of it flocked the booths, tents and stands full of test tubes and questionably multicolored smoke to see what was happening. It soothes you to be normal for a few minutes… until people noticed you standing amongst them and bowed in your presence. The scene made you squirm a little where you stand, not totally uncomfortable but still unused to the attention. You raised a hand, as if blessing them, nodding your head to signal that they can resume the event. Which they do, but some approached you to either ask for a blessing, for guidance in their life's path, or simply to greet you. You are liked, perhaps not as loved as the archons despite ranking higher, but you prefer it that way. It's less expectations, after all.
"Well, well, well. If it isn't the Overseer of the world."
"Heya, Your Grace!"
You carefully made your way past the crowd to reach the two people who called out your name. You smiled in relief; finally, people you know! Venti was looking at you with a bright smile with both hands on his hips and Diona is enthusiastically waving at you. You pat Diona, which the bartender swiped at with a playful hiss.
"Venti, Diona, hi!" You greeted them. "What a surprise to see you here. This is the last place I imagined you to hang around in."
"I understand you for thinking that way, but curiosity had gotten the best of me." Venti answered, and then assumed a serious thinking pose. You rolled your eyes playfully with a thinly veiled smile. He's going to ask something ridiculous, isn't he? "If alchemy has the power to transform matter, I wonder if it could also be used to turn water into wine?"
There it is. Diona fumed, but you cover her mouth with your hand and answered. "I could turn water into wine. Easy."
Venti's eyes widened. His smile as bright as the sun above. "Really?!"
"No." You're not sure. You probably could, if you tried.
"My hopes and dreams…" Venti fake-cried and pouted, but he immediately gets over it and smiles. "Anyway, what brought you here, Overseer?" He gestures for you to walk with him, so you follow, steps falling in line with his.
"Oh, you know," you vaguely wave your hand, trying to make sense of what you were feeling. "Just looking around. I got curious myself about alchemy so I came."
"Ah, I see," Venti nodded. You mentioned to him and the other archons on one of the traditional divine get togethers — brought back by Venti and Zhongli — that your world once studied alchemy. Turns out your alchemy is a sham and couldn't turn stuff to gold, but it did make way for the study of chemistry. "I hope you are enjoying yourself."
"Don't worry, I am. Especially since I'm with you."
Venti gave you a soft look."Aww. I'm honored, truly."
You laughed and gave him a push, your cheeks feeling a little warm from the attention. He snorted and retaliated by send a gentle breeze your way to mess your hair.
A companionable silence briefly falls over the two of you like a cozy blanket as you sit down on a bench with the perfect view of the event. A tiny explosion from some failed alchemical experiment echoed somewhere and you thought you heard the Traveler's surprised yelp and Paimon screeching from the same direction. You both ignored it.
"You seem busy these days, Overseer," The Anemo Archon finally broke the silence. "What have you been up to?"
"The usual. Making sure the Irminsul is healthy through checking with Nahida, keeping the Abyss Order in check, rebuilding Khaenri'ah- ah, since we're talking about the place, I should also mention that they're working on some advanced technology. Something about travelling through another dimension."
Venti nodded, but his face looks a little troubled. "Are you sure that's a great idea? With Celestia gone, there's nothing that can stop Khaenri'ah from fulfilling their dreams. However…"
There's just way too many risks. You can hear his unspoken words in your head. As far as you are aware, they're "digging" through time and space to get to the world where you came from. While interdimensional trade can certainly be advantageous for this world in both technological advancement and knowledge, you're afraid of the repercussions of messing around with wormholes and potential war that can erupt due to disputes borne of different culture and lust for more territory.
Humans are greedy creatures, after all.
But before you could answer, Diona is already running towards where you were both seated. She pants and places both hands on her knees. The girl huffs one last time and looks at the green-clad bard, irritated. "Where in Teyvat have you been?! Your potion is complete so come get it already!"
"Okay," he replied, standing up. "I hate to cut this conversation short, dear friend, but I must leave. I hope you enjoy the rest of the event."
You nodded with a tired smile, watching Venti follow Diona, who's doing her best to keep walking ahead of the bard in spite of her shorter legs. You feel a little uneasy about the future, your heart being seized with fear for this world you swore to protect.
For now, however, you want to enjoy this peaceful day. Perhaps you'll go greet the Traveller.

Do you have a custom weapon in mind for Nemo? I know you posted a picture you had in mind for them but do you have any specifics like pintrest boards or something?
-- 🌿🌿🍃
I believe that I already mentioned it on a follow-up reblog post that Nemo's signature weapon is Skyward Spine, gifted to him by his father, — the Anemo Archon — when they met for the first time. But he almost never uses it, instead opting to use an alternate polearm because the weapon is of divine origin and would draw too much attention. I'd say that alternate spear would be... Deathmatch. The passive of that weapon matches Nemo's love of battle (totally not inherited from you, nope).
But he did use Skyward Spine once, during the Archon Quest to help out the Knights of Favonius as a representative of the Favonius Church alongside you, Dorian (Rubedo), and Kuni (he has a different name, but no one has asked so I will not reveal it yet, hoho-) to fight out the hilichurl invasion done by the Abyss Order while the Traveler, Venti, Jean, and Diluc rescues Dvalin.
Unfortunately, the weapon attracted the attention of both the church and the zealots of the Anemo Archon much to his (and your) chagrin. They are now trying to worship him as a saint that was granted divine favor from Barbatos himself. It's true, but hopefully they won't be able to sniff out who you truly are. Or your husband. Then again, Mondstadters could be quite clueless. You're counting on that, else you'll be forced to pack up with your children and flee the nation of Freedom then wait for this generation to die off by hiding out on Golden Apple Archipelago or on another nation...

Hi! I wanna ask How would the other characters react with eos! reader? Like how venti have a hot Big girlfriend?(cofcofkaeyacofcof)
I accidentally rambled-
Anyway please donate to my kofi account sjsjsj it'd help me a lot with my tuition-
You actually meet Mika first on your way to the city from Dornman Port, pretending to be a lost traveller who has never set foot in the capital city. Mika, though intimidated by your 12-foot tall ass and your sons (they're too beautiful to be real humans...), was a great help in guiding you. He quickly warmed up to you, feeling sorry for misjudging you to be someone malicious when you're so kind to him. He loves your motherly attitude, but he can't take Nemo's pranks and teases so he doesn't get tl interact with you often. Then he gets whisked away by Grandmaster Varka-.
Acting Grandmaster Jean was a little suspicious of you at first, but her suspicions immediately goes out the window when you single-handedly solved Mondstadt's millenia old problem; Ursa the Drake. She immediately tries to recruit you to join the knights, even offering to place you in a high position. You figured it's to strengthen the Knights' political power and to be able to easily fight back against the oppressing of the Fatui, but you dismissed her proposal and joined the Favonius church instead, much to her disappointment.
Diluc obviously was wary of you, so he took it upon himself to secretly tail you around just to see what you were up to. You were aware of it and just slightly peeved, so you moved your residency from the city to Springvale. Sure, it's a hassle going to and fro everyday just to get to the church and to get necessary groceries, but it sure did the trick of tiring Diluc out and leaving you the hell alone. Besides, you were also quite friendly. And so strong. Diluc can remember how effortless you twisted Ursa's head. And you did it so slow too... as if you enjoyed the drake's futile struggles and writhing in pure agony. His approval of you was cemented when you saved his father's life as well as understanding why you didn't join the knights when even Varka was practically on his knees asking you. Whenever you visit the tavern and he's there, he cant help it but be more aware of your presence. Your laugh has a sultry undertone and he could feel his heartbeat more keenly. Just as he's finally resolved to court you, he watches Venti kneeling down to ask for your hand in marriage...
Kaeya couldn't help but whistle at your sheer height. He, too, was wary of you so he watched you interact with people. But even though he's suspicious of you, it's not to the extent of Diluc. Like Diluc? My dear brother, that person is blind. What can a blind person do?
Well, slay a drake alone with a two star second-rate spear, apparently.
His guard immediately goes up at that. But even if you're hostile, how could he ever hope to defeat someone who could kill a dragon with ease? Well, he can always assess your strength by sparring with you. Sadly, you handed his ass back to him. You beat him so hard that he became enamored with you. How did a blind person become such a good fighter?Who taught you? Kaeya befriended you in hopes of finding out your weakness so thaf he can stop you should you become a threat. You treated him with nothing but kindness, and when he was banished by Diluc, you were there to nurse him back to help. You held him close as he cried for the sworn brother and his father's trust that he lost.
And he fell in love with you. Oh, he fell so hard for you.
He kept you at arm's length emotionally. You didn't say anything, but he could feel like you understand. He flirted with you occasionally. You respond playfully sometimes, and Kaeya couldn't help his heart from skipping a few beats when you flash him a rare smile, relishing the jealous glare he gets from Diluc.
...And just when both he and Diluc agreed to finally settle their romantic fight to win your heart by courting you officially, Venti arrives and steals you effortlessly.
Just like that.
"I'm waiting for a bard in green," Kaeya remembered what you said to him once when he was tipsy and you were in his company.
So it was Venti?
Diluc and Kaeya lost both the battle and the war before it even began.
