I’ve always struggled with my weight ever since I was a kid. I remember this one picture of me as a kid at school and I was that chubby little kid who would always get picked last for teams! Throughout my life I have tried various diets and to be honest @ww.uk has been the most consistent one for me. Yes I may have gained a few pounds over the years but equally I have lost them but also gained a greater understanding of my relationship with food has changed over the years. We may not always have the most harmonious relationship at times but we always make up in the end. I am thankful for all that I have learnt on my journeys and am now concentrating on celebrating my body and my health. We all need a reminder every now and then of where we’ve been and where we’re going.
