Hi, I'm Alice. I'm twenty-four and I'm from Scotland. This blog is honestly a mess right now. Currently Snicketverse trash with a sprinkling of The Haunting anthology and a dash of many other fandoms.
I know there's speculation, post-tmp 10/11, about Gwen or Alice maybe getting murdered but, what if it ends up being Sam? I know he's our protagonist right now so we Assume that, while awful things Will happen to him, Sam will still get to the end of the narrative in some capacity. Just like Jon, who was broken and changed but still got to the end of his last season.
If we all expect Sam to be safe, what if he really really isn't and ends up being the first to go? What if Sam, like Sasha, does not get his answers and dies knowing nothing.
And we get to spend the remaining seasons with Alice weighed down by the guilt of having recommended Sam for the job that kills him.
Do you think hauntings can go both ways. Like, if a ghost is a dead person who can't move on, what is an alive person who can't let go of someone dead? Grief as a form of haunting. Dragging the memory of a corpse with you because it's all that's left of them. Seeing them out of the corner of your eye sometimes. You know. It pairs nicely with obsession of revenge
While I have yet to step into an actual tardis, watching Jodie's doctor who seasons did somehow take me to the other side of the planet with some really cool people so this first episode will always have a special place in my heart 💙💙
It's been three years now since It's A Sin came out, and I'm once again thinking about Colin Morris-Jones. Who effectively moved to a different country to pursue a job he loved. Who was the first person out of the core five to lose someone to AIDS- his mentor, someone he trusted enough to come out to, who represented everything he wanted to have in adult life. Who started as an outsider, not connected to the other four at all really, but by the end was so loved by them all. Who was the only one who actually took Jill seriously in episode two, who actually tried to help her learn more about the epidemic and helped her find Gloria after he was taken back to Glasgow. Who lost his job because he was caught reading about AIDS and his boss wanted to get rid of him. Who just wanted a quiet life, but was denied even that. Who wanted to learn everything, but had the bad luck to never get that far.
Who was putting up all the caution tape around Canaan House. Was that a last minute addition pre-lyctoral trials or were the skeletons dutifully keeping track of which wings crossed the threshold from 'decrepit' to 'condemned'
Harrowhark Nonagesimus (The Locked Tomb) Propaganda
(cw suicide, also, many spoilers) Her original parents killed like two hundred kids and squeezed all their soul juice into her before she was born and expected her to be cool with it. And then when she wasn't cool with it they killed themselves and tried to get her to join them. Then later she becomes a saint and god half-assedly tries to be a father figure but he basically sees her as a pathetic failure that needs to be put down and her mentor saint also thinks she's hopeless and is very cruel to her about it. Also there's a bunch more hecked up stuff going on with her but I'm trying to keep this short. Anyways I just think she needs parents who will actually care for her and respect her because she certainly hasn't gotten any of that so far and we could change that.

Scrungly little wet cat with so much wrong with her. She’s haunted by the ghosts of over 200 people. Like actually, not metaphorically. One of them is her mother in law. She gave herself a lobotomy and now every so often she’ll have a brain aneurysm. She learns how to rewire her brain so she doesn’t sleep and doesn’t sleep again for several days. Small goth nun who is also a lesbian. Kinda makes you wanna scoop her up and put her in some kind of pillow nest with a warm beverage and look after her.
