Total amount of drawings is about 200 this year so far. Worldbuilding digital art for my OCs, watercolor, marker, studies from life and pastel drawings- I’m glad to try nearly every medium!

🤔 I personally won’t take the first factor as a problem. I mean, characters are meant to reflect author’s experience. It’s fun to have diversity among ocs but it’s not required (if that’s what you are worring about). You can even let them be friends
For the second one, honestly you are at lease the person knows Cawl the best among ppl I know. Or just think about Celestial Fang and his Stroika. You can totally write based on your take.
It reminds me of a famous saying in Chinese fanfic community I use a lot: 我都搞同人了，让让我吧
I can’t really translate it accurately but it’s conveying the idea that it doesn’t have to be perfect to be fun

I enjoyed reading your oc stories. Considering your ability to make the relationship of the Cathcart family entangling while touching, and to give everyone distinguished characteristics, I have faith in you (pat pat)
Metal pipe? Even better. You want your inquisitor to be radical, right? They could have a secret chamber filled with heretic technologies and even demonhosts, which are precious as weapons or experiment subjects. They might also started their career as puritan but life force them to employ tools they originally hated (like average inquisitor). I imagine these could lead to interesting conversations or conflicts with Cawl
Also I have a rosette as my backpack deco so go! fellow inquisitor!

I see primarch x reader stuff where the primarch is a yandere every once in a while, and it always makes me think of Bellie Cawl. he would need zero alteration to his canon personality to be an absolute nightmare towards anyone he fell in love with

Finally got to play a new dark heresy session after 3 midterm weeks! We were technically radical this time and summoned a slaanesh demon to get rid of dark eldars in the inquisition mission. I don't know how our psyker managed to get their corruption point over 70 in just 3 sessions. It’s almost time to find a new boss and embrace the power of chaos (and switch to the black crusade rulebook)

new inspiration added to my list, tho I need to read the canon books before initiating any work, which would probably take a long time bc I didn’t find any satisfactory translated versions and I read English slow
The only idea I have so far is to make the reader-inserting character Cawl’s friend in 30k somehow mysteriously disappeared and come back with rich Xeno knowledge and ambiguous political tendencies in 40k. Interesting enough, able to protect their knowledge, better work together than violently decipher
