#throwback to #Barcelona - Cinq Sentits was a one star #michelin restaurant (also the first michelin starred restaurant Ive been to). Everything was excellent - dishes, decor, service, lighting & presentation. For example this #molecular starter, the only thing I can recall is that this tastes elegant and sophisticated and yet extravagant. A nice experience indeed. My aunt made this little heavenly #sweet using: tamarind, ginger, banana, peanuts and sugar of course. A bit unusual even to local Viets but hey everyone can be an #inventor! Bún thịt nướng, a #Vietnamese noodle dish consists of rice noodles, fried springroll and grilled pork served with a mixture of sweet fish sauce. Personally not my favourite type of food. If it's noodles, I prefer broth in it (of course pasta is not included). But you gotta eat what mom brought home dont you?
