Love the body I’m in hell it’s all I got. You can do enhancements but you still have to love you 😍. I’m slowly getting comfortable in my skin. It’s taken a long time and I have set backs but I’m working on being healthier. In that journey I’ve noticed it’s getting easier to let go of negativity, alcohol, processed foods, meats etc. I now eat to live not live to eat you’ll know when your truly ready to make lifestyle changes mines came sooner than most cause multiple health issues.
