That’s me - Kaya - in Native American “old sister”, in Turkish “the rock”, in Japanese “quiet place”, in Ghanaian “luggage/load/goods” & in Zulu “home”. Sometimes I have to be the older sister of my inner child . I can also be tough as a rock but sometimes I’m just quiet , carrying my psychic heavy loads around with me and fighting until I find home in my inside again.

SLEEP - do you know that feeling of being unable falling asleep .. after hours of trying my head starts to think weird stuff and I’m just punishing myself , I get stressed out because I need to work the day after ... it feels horrible any people out there feeling the same ... :( I could cry my heart out ...
