Best way to read a book? With coffee and cake!

I feel stupid. My sister died 7 years ago and it appears I have not finished grieving for her. I feel like an idiot. I don't feel I can talk to my husband or friends anymore as it feels like I should be "over it" by now. I just don't know what to do.

Internal Rage

Do you ever get the feeling that starts in your stomach, like a bubble of quiet rage that expands and it starts to feel like it will pop unless you act on it. You can go about your day as normal, all the while be screaming inside? This is becoming normal for me. I don’t know if this is a symptom of my depression or something new but it’s making me feel detached from myself.

This feels more like shower thoughts than anything else but i just needed to share.
