Chapter 14 is up! It covers the Siege of the North, where Iroh is faced with some monumental choices, and Azula and Zuko's travels as they lead the Fire Army towards Omashu.
The good news for the fic moving forward? The structure is now very much secured in my brain, so less indecision.
The bad news? Life is busy so I can't write as much as I'd want. Sigh.

The thing I always find funny about this is that A) in canon, Azula's sexual orientation basically doesn't matter at all for her story, and B) the only time she shows interest in someone, she literally goes after Chan aka Chad McMuscles - literally tries to woo the most jacked guy her age(ish) she comes across. If anything, canon is telling you that Azula is straight as an arrow. I really want to know where the idea that she's a canon lesbian comes from, because I wonder if we all watched the same show.
