I almost binged today. Not because someone forced me to eat but bc my brain was suddenly interested in having a supermarket shopping spree and inhale everything within 10min. I was looking thru the cookies when i got my shit together. Bought safe food instead (upload pic when i am home)
Now i will play Valorant with my besties, a 150cal Joghurt and a 1cal powerade.
