New Agent 3 Ozoa (Splatoon 3).
Since birth her ability to hear is impaired and she wears hearing aid. This didn't stop her from following her mothers footsteps and become the new Agent 3.
This is a lineless art. I used a filter to extract the outlines from the official art and added the colours without the lines.
