Deltarune secret boss OC: Poppy!

Name: Poppy

Age: Unknown

Gender: Cis Female

Pronouns: She/Her

Sexuality: Lesbian

Backstory: She used to be part of a group of gardeners who owned a flower shop together. She was a very sweet and caring girl, and despite having issues with anger and letting her emotions control her, she always tried to be the best person she could. One day, a strange man appeared in the shop. He started talking to her, making small talk, and then left without buying any flowers. He kept coming back for a few months, building up trust, untill one day, he told her this world she lives in is just a videogame. He showed her the light, and then left her to rot in the darkness. She lost her mind, trying to keep up a façade of still being the same sweet girl, but it was quite obvious she changed drastically. The other gardeners were put off, and suddenly felt uncomfortable around her. She never understood why they left her. She's lonely, she desperately wants friends, but she's also scared that they'll leave her again. Currently, she is obsessed with Kris and wants to keep them safe at any cost. In her battle, her dialogue will directly reference YOU, the player.

Canon facts about her:

-Her attacks are mostly flower based.

-Her obsession with Kris is NOT romantic, it's more like a protective parent/older sibling.

-She loves any food with honey in it.

-She lives in the flower shop earlier talked about, which is now abandoned.

-She loves dark humor and often makes jokes like that.

-When her eyes turn grey, it means she's questioning her existance and having a mental breakdown and you should leave her alone.

-She has really sharp teeth.

-She has insect-like wings and she can fly using them.

-She has antennas, but most of the time you can't see them because of her hat.

Her abilities if she was able to join the party:

-Poison: Depleats anywhere from 1 to 10 HP to the enemy.

-Healing Plant: Heals 60 HP to any party member.

-Polen Dust: Makes all enemies tired.

-Flower Friendship: Spares all enemies in one turn.

Objects she gives you after the fight:

-Roseblade (Weapon)

•Has the Poison effect.

-Flowercrown (Armor)

•Makes healing items heal 10 HP points more than usual (only works on items, not spells)

People are apparently under the impression that reblogging someone’s art and adding a comment is frowned upon and that can’t possibly be true, every artist I know of sees a reblog-comment as like the ultimate definitive reward for their hard work.

Obviously don’t feel bad for NOT adding a comment if you’re shy or just don’t know what to say, but if there’s something you would like to say about a drawing you’ve liked enough to reblog, I’m pretty sure most artists crave hearing it.

story:

once upon a time, two races ruled over earth, humans and monsters. one day, war broke between the two races. the humans were victorious and they sealed the monsters underground. they say that those who climb mt. ebott never come back. that is because they fall into the underground. monsters don't feel any resentment towards humans, though. no, they welcome every human with joy. humans are very treasured in the underground. in fact, the current leader of the royal guard is a human. but that's a different story. if you'd like, i could tell you...

long ago, the two kings lived together happily with their two best friends. it was all so fun and amazing. until one day, both of thee kings' friends got sick. they did all they could to try to save them, but with one of the two being the royal scientist and the best and one of the only doctors of the underground, it was almost impossible. ultimately, the two died, and the underground seemed much quieter and sadder. but life goes on, and even if you miss the ones lost, you must always remember the good times with a smile and don't get caught up in the past. alright kid, it was nice talkin' to ya, but i gotta get going. kingly duties y'know?

stuff abt the characters:

this au is mostly for fluff tbh

let's begin by talking about the two idiots that live in snowdin.

so flowey and paps are two best friends and roommates who cause chaos in snowdin town. paps hasn't changed much, besides being much more laid back when it comes most stuff and being a bit less childish. on the other side, flowey is more childish than before, but is still the same chaotic little flower who wants to see the world burn (but he doesn't really wish death upon anyone unless they deserve it). he was never asriel, he was born a flower monster. also these two have very obvious crushes on each other but are both too oblivious to realise and too scared to tell each other.

frisk is just a human who fell down to the underground and just kinda became friends with everyone. they like to help people and they admire chara a lot. they're best friends with monster kid (who still has the same role btw) and they're very goofy and love to joke around, even tho they can be serious if needed.

chara is another human that fell down and somehow ended up becoming thee captain of the royal guard after undyne's death. they are literally so cool what else can i say abot them.

tori just kinda chills inthe ruins. she lives in the same house as the original game and is still the caretaker of the ruins. she also has a snail racing business in waterfall. she's very good friends with sans and they cook together a lot. they're besties your honor <3. she gets along well with everyone else and she's kind of like a motherly figure to almost everyone who's younger than her.

metta was the former star of the underground, but after alphys' death, he became a bit more depressed. he's fine tho. kind of. he decided to take the role of royal scientist because he knew a lot of stuff from alphys and he was interested in it. he really misses her, but he's trying his best to move on. he was able to repair a body alphys made that was similar to his, which he gave to his cousin blooky, who is now the new star of the underground. he's become much more secluded and less scoial, but he still has a lot of friends and his past fame still sort of lingering. blooky is trying their best to cheer him up.

sans and asgore are happily married, no angst here bc i said so. sans goes to the ruins everyday to see if any humans fell down and to hang out with the monsters there who are usually lonely. he'd be the first monster you'd meet if you fell down to the underground, but im still not sure if i want to make a human that goes through the whole underground undertale style or not. asgore is the same as always, but a bit less depressed cuz he has a great husband who always cheers him up :D

undyne and alphys are fucking dead. thats it. if i were to do the human thing i said earlier, they'd probably show up at the end of the pacifist route to thank you for freeing the monsters. idk what else to say

i dont even have a name for this au. it just started cuz i had the thought of flowey with papyrus' personality and it just spiraled into this. help me...

So I made an Undertale AU-

(Excuse my horrible art)

It's called Undeemassacre and basically its kinda like an AT, where after a bunch of genocides, Frisk is fighting Sans again and they die, but they take a while to reload their save, so Sans, being bored, decideds "hey, wouldn't it be fun to mutilate Frisk's body?" (seriously wtf is wrong with this man) so he takes one of Frisk's eyes and puts it in his own eyesocket and also steals some stuff from Frisk.

After this, he accidentally fuses his soul with Frisk's, which messes up the code, sending him to the Anti-Void and locking him out of his universe, so now he lives in the Omega Timeline waiting to see if he ever will be able to get back to his au. Also now he has the ghosts of Frisk and Chara following him everywhere, but they're not evil, they're just lil kids who want Sans to bacome friends with everyone. Massacre now is trying to get into the Bad Guys/Nightmare's gang for no real reason (he totally doesnt have a crush on nighty wdym???????)

As for what goes on in Undermassacre? Everyone forgets about Sans and Frisk, kinda like what happened to Gaster. Theres very minimal changes to everyone else in this au, but Paps joined the Royal Guard yay!! Then a human called Haylie falls down to the underground. Haylie is very similar to Frisk, but quieter, shier and a very big scaredy-cat. Also they have the soul of Honesty, which I made up cuz why not.
