To be thin...
Always keep altoids with you. The minty taste, like toothpaste will deter you from wanting to eat. 
Set a specific schedule for workouts. Keep the workouts enjoyable and relatively easy to do; it’s not about building muscle, it’s about losing weight.
Buy a large water bottle and drink out of it throughout the day. You should need to fill up the bottle at least 3 times a day if you’re drinking enough. 
DON’T SMOKE! Yes, thinspo aesthetic = smokes and diet cokes, but smoking will destroy your lungs and make it harder for you to workout and therefore you won’t be able to lose the weight. 
Spend some of your money into good tasting, looseleaf green tea. Looseleaf tastes so much better and will help to steer you away from the habit of eating pre-packaged foods as well.
This one is a bit difficult, especially if you are in school or have a job where you can only eat on break time; eat smaller meals more often throughout the day instead of 3 large meals. Try to keep the food to snack portions and keep it healthy. Celery, tomatoes, and low-fat dressing make for a great mid-day munch. 
Only drink water. Stop drinking your calories; get rid of things like soda or sports drinks as these are full of sugar. On the other hand, keep one bottle of gatorade in your house for a quick slurp if you are feeling dizzy from not eating enough. 
Unless you live with family still or frequently see your family, get rid of all your loose and/or baggy clothing. These won’t show any weight that you’re gaining and can make you think you’re losing more weight than you really are. 
If you’re really desperate, keep a small container of plain, unsalted almonds in your bag/purse. They fill you up quickly, but have 7 calories per nut, so don’t eat too many. 
Come up with a system to keep you from bingeing. (I have another list for that) 
Take cold baths! This can be hard for people, like me, who have asthma and physically cannot get into a bathtub filled with cold water. Instead, take a shower and gradually turn the water to as cold as you can take it. Then stand under the water for as long as you can. 
Only eat when you’re in public or around other people. This will make you conscious of what you’re eating and how you’re eating if you feel like other people are watching you. 
When  eating with company, talk a lot and cut up your food into small pieces. To make it look like you’re eating, pick up a spoonful/forkful of food and go to eat it, but then quickly ask someone else a question and turn the attention back to them. While they’re talking, quietly lower the spoon/fork back to your plate and continue pushing and cutting up the food.
If you bring food to school/work, a good idea is to bring cut up veggies or a salad. In a small container, the cut up veggies will take up more space and make it seem like you have more food than you actually do. A salad is always a good choice because, if you ‘fluff it up’ a bit, like the veggies, it will look like you have more food than you actually do. 
Find clothes that compliment your body type, not only will this make you look skinnier, but also will also make you feel more confident. 
Follow high fashion or street style blogs. These are a good source of thinspo and can also help you find new styles to wear once you reach your goal weight.
If you live in a city, don’t eat in any of the restaurants. Instead, stop by the street vendors selling organic fruits and veggies, maybe even get a small sandwich. This way, you know exactly what you’re eating and you consume fewer calories than nasty restaurant food. 
If you live in the suburbs, try to find a local vendor who is reliable and has a wide range of customers. It’s harder to get around a suburb without a car, to make up for this, try to get in as much exercise into your daily routine as possible.
If/When you do regular body checks, don’t lie to yourself, face the weight you need to lose and keep going. Convincing yourself that you’re skinnier than you really are will only make it harder to reach your g.w and then your u.g.w.
