I can't confirm this myself, though, as I have never met him live. It's a great dream of mine, but unfortunately I can't afford to travel, because I would love to go to England and especially to see a play with him in it. But for now it's just a dream.

However, I wouldn't necessarily even dare to disturb him in any way if he happened to be on his own free time at that moment, with his own collagues, friends and/or relatives. I, as ardent a fan as I am, also take into account that he also has the right to his own peace outside of work, even though he is a public figure.

Barberini changeling anyone?

Because I draw human Strickler mostly (love him!), I think it it's time for some TrollWalt art, in another attempt at classical- #archaeology-meets -trollhunters crossover.

But closeups first:

The original pose is from the hellenistic statue of the Barberini Faun (while most people find the original statue quite attractive, I personally don't like it that much, so I decided to make him more aesthetically pleasing for me 😉)

Stricklander is chilling in some kind of darklands environment. Don't worry, he ist fine... Just tired...

Now it would be nice to see a Caravaggio (painter) style version of Strickler. The voice actor, Jonathan Hyde, by the way, was in the film of the same name, although I understand he had a rather small role. There are plenty more ideas, starting with prehistory, through early civilisations (Turkey, Egypt, Greece, Rome, etc.), into the Middle Ages and then the Renaissance, which brings us to the era of the Scientific Revolution (including the Baroque and the Rococo). Yes, I do love history and arts. :) Hmm…. I wonder what the future Strickler would look like or maybe if you combined it with Star Wars, Star Trek, Babylon 5, Aliens, Terminator, Predator, Doctor Who, Tremors etc. And now I've got an idea where Strickler would fight the Predator, to protect Barbara. :D Yeah, like I said, I've got too many ideas and I've watched a few too many movies. :D

Well, it is now established that Barbara, unfortunately, is not a very good cook. But I think when Barbara and Strickler are finally together, Strickler will be the chef, I assume he'll be as good a chef as Jim. And I don't think he'll ever let Barbara anywhere near the stove. For the safety of his and all others taste buds and appetites. Sorry Barbara.

But yeah that episode is really hilarious anyway. :D I mean when you know how Stricker ends up (and falling in love with Barbara) to help Jim to fight against the bad guys. :)

One of the moments that I wish we would have gotten to see in the Trollhunters episode, "Recipe For Disaster", is Jim and Strickler's facial expressions/reactions to eating the apple pie that Barbara made where she blended up everything for it and accidentally burned it to the point where it caught on fire. The pie's taste would've been so horrible and their reactions would just look so hilarious after they take their first bite of it. XD

I kind of like these. :D

Either the creator of that hoodie is just a greedy idiot or she/he is a sociopath/psychopath. She/He should take this particular boy's picture out of the mix with the others. It's one thing to use these pictures in a documented crime case (say on youtube stories or crime forums), but it's another thing to use it in a game as a hoodie decoration and even cash in on it. It's a really low and heartless act.

And for you @squaresverse, just because it wasn't your photo, doesn't mean you're not off the hook. You are as much responsible as they are. Besides, this is your way of admitting you stole. Which doesn't make you look any good, let alone trustworthy. Makes us wonder what else you've stolen and from whom, just to make money.

i've seen a lot of gross shit on simblr before but all of that feels fucking minuscule in comparison to what i just found. the cc creator @squaresverse aka satanshubby on instagram made this disgusting fucking cc using the autopsy photo of a murdered 4 year old boy.

and if that wasn't bad enough, they have this cc paywalled so they can profit off of it too.

the boy in the photo wasn't identified until late 2022, over 60 years since he was brutally murdered and left nude on the side of a road and just the thought of someone seeing this picture which is clearly of a beaten child and deciding it fits their streetwear aesthetic and would go great on their cc is nauseating. i cannot begin to describe how evil this is.
