Alright new idea!!
This is just for me to put here so i don't forget it as im super bad at remembering anything.
I'm gonna try to stay under 1000 cals a day on the school days, and on the weekend im gonna liquid fast the best i can!!!
Ive been running a mile everyday after school, and Its starting to get easier, so maybe i'll be able to push myself to two next week!!

My food log for today!! (9/5/2023)
So today was mildly hard for me, but It was also a lot easier than other days, if that makes sense TvT
One bowl of rice krispy cereal- 100 calories (It was in a little on the go box, and it said only 100 so that was good enough for me)
Two mini corndogs- 85 calories (I couldnt help myself and snagged two of them)
One chicken tender- 55 calories (self explanitory)
This all totals out to 240, but I'm going to my school's open night (where we get to meet all the teachers cuz I have school tomorrow lol) and with three levels of the school i think i should burn some of it off! And i know this isnt the 'healthiest' but some progress is better than no progress!
Otherwise, i'll update tomorrow for what I had at lunch, thank you for reading!! <3
