Post about art-theft, AI and tracing of my render:
Unfortunately, one of my renders I made a year ago, was traced, copied, edited by AI by "brothers in arms" store and now sold as a merch aimed towards CoD fandom.
They are currently sending this out to various cosplayers asking them to promote it.
As someone who is affected by this, I have to speak up about it.

I found out about it by accident when I saw promoted post on my insta feed. When I started talking about it in my stories, this store sent me a private message saying they had been working on this design for weeks and had never heard of me so they definitely didn't steal anything, and offered me free stuff.
When I disagreed with them and sent them files comparing our works, they stopped replying to me, so I continued talking about it again on my insta. Only when my followers started leaving comments under their post saying this is wrong, they decided to continue discussion on the next day.
2. They mentioned that they could have been inspired by some pictures they found on the internet and showed me their "first sketch" of design… which was made by AI.
3. During the conversation, they mentioned that their artist could have based his work on a picture he found on the Internet, but he defended himself by saying that they might not have known it was mine. But even if they didn't know about me, even if they found some fanart on the Internet - it doesn't mean you can copy something detail by detail and sell it as your own.
What is most important here, their offer to solve the problem was to give me credits in their design. IF they worked hard on it, why would they want to give me credits? My offer was to remove it.
4. Why do I mention that it could have been done by AI? because many lines are unfinished and a lot of details don't make sense.
5. Below is a comparison of my render that I published on March 18, 2023 with their first sketch they showed me, which apparently they drew themselves:
I am saying this so that the CoD community, which is very large, will be aware of this, because there are many people who have already bought it and after my insta story, they felt bad and said they want return it because they don't want to support art theft.
It's not just about me anymore - it could have happened to anyone who creates fanart and share it on the Internet just for fun. One day someone may use it for their own profit without us being aware of it.

What memory would your OC rather just forget?
Honestly, she isn't very traumatized through her life, unfortunate circumstances due to her moving a lot but never really got anything she wanted to forget. Once she got into the military, it wasn't too bad... but there are some things that play in her head. Hearing someone on the radio suddenly cut as she was communicating with someone in the air, it scared her from flying. It's why she still has an aversion and prefers working on the ground. She's been taken hostage, seen people die, caused deaths up close with a silenced pistols. She much prefers a good stake out mission.
5. How far is your OC willing to go to get what they want?
Though she dislikes doing it, she knows she's good at it, she very often can manipulate to get what she want, lying straight to people's face and actually coming up with pretty good stories that she states very naturally. If she can't do that or it doesn't work, she can and will just figure out how to take what she wants. Objects, data, info; she'll somehow get it, then can circle back to lying so she's not suspected.
6. How easily could your OC be convinced to do something that goes against their moral compass?
It's incredibly hard, she's pretty stubborn in general so trying to convince her to do anything she doesn't believe in 100%, you aren't going to get her to do. She's true to heart and her own personal beliefs so no amount of money, objects, anything could convince her to go against them.
19. How does your OC behave when enraged?
Dead silent. She won't say a word. She will stay in her head, but can snap quickly at people if they're being too loud to her (any amount of noise). In her head she thinks of the solutions she could do to solve whatever made her mad. She'll smoke at an unprecidented rate as she just tries to cope with her anger too, sometimes that's the only way she's able to catch her breath. If she does start talking and keep talking up to screaming, she can't shout without crying, even if she is fully mad. This is why she does remain silent.

What au’s would you put your oc in?
I am putting Peachsko in a coffee shop AU and they live happily ever after in my lil pocket :3c
Nah but for real, hard to pick, I'm actually not too into AUs, not that I hate em I just struggle to think of them as I'm not as familiar. (I'll also answer this as Peachsko bc listen... no matter the universe those two are finding each other)
Probably one that I actually somewhat know is like a Criminal/Mafia AU? I think that one would be fun, Peach working her way up to being pretty high ranking and while Gromsko is still higher, he very much admires her strong attitude and helps her and would absolutely die for her.
Maybe an Online/Social Media AU? Where they actually met through forums online, him messaging her first and she spends her whole night messaging him, falling asleep phone in hand while he starts his day in Poland. One day her saving up enough money to visit and them actually meeting for the first time 🥹
I think a fantasy AU would be fun, I'm not sure what creatures tho. Maybe just some fae people that live in the Polish forests and fuck with people honestly XD
