The blonde scooped up some snow with her pink gloves on and patted it into a somewhat perfect circle. She also smiled when shopping spree was brought up. That was on her mind.

"Well, that jacket you have on is a little outdated."

Ginger just glared then go seriously I can’t see someone like you wanting to play around in snow since your so meticulously trying to keep yourself clean.

“Also what’s the catch if we build this snowman you’re going to corner me into a shopping spree sighing heavily at the blonde in literal annoyance silently.” Hmph it amazes me that your capable of considering other feelings than just yours by the way Courtney frowning softly.

The ravenette replied as she grabbed a slice of pizza from her personal pan and took a bite of it. It was probably not a good idea for her to eat before hearing what Clover had to say but homegirl was hungry! She looked at the blonde attentively as she tried to figure out where she was going with this and she can tell that her bestie was nervous. Let's hope that she doesn't choke on her food when she hears the news.

"So what about it? Are you thinking about toning down the boy craziness?"

Pizza. Normallly that would sound so good to her, but at the mention of it, she looked down at her own drink, and then over towards her friend's.

Alex's drink had at least been slightly sipped, but she noticed she had barely touched her own, probably due to the pent up anxiety over keeping her secret for so long, it must have been messing with her appetite. "Better get this out soon", she thought, though she could still feel fear prickling in her chest.

Once the other girl had a seat, Clover took a huge breath, making sure that Alex wasn't eating or drinking before she spoke.

"…..Alex…um…" This..this was hard…like worse than trig..well almost.

"You know how I've always been..boy crazy?.."

All Irma was focused on was the part where he said "royal family." So that means that he came from a royal family? That is what Irma got out of that little part of his story. To be honest, she found that to be cool but anyway..time to have a serious moment. The brunette pretty much heard what he was talking about though and she didn't know much about his past. To be honest, she never really thought to ask him about it. Well, at least she knows not to go near that particular plushie again while being with him.

"So, do these "Shallas" still exist? Have they been defeated?"

She was right, he should have told her. It had simply overwhelmed him - it always threatened to, when he thought about them - and he didn't want to have her see that kind of outburst of emotion. Still, she was here now, and she deserved a proper explanation. "You are right. I'll try to avoid doing so again." It wasn't fair to her if he just ran.

Taking a deep breath to try to keep himself calm, he turned around to her to explain more. "The only word they used were 'Shalla', so I assume that that is what anyone would call them. When I..." Wait. He never talked about his past outside of that he had reunited with Starfire after not seeing her for long, so unless Starfire told her more, Irma wouldn't even know anything about his past at all yet. "I was still..." He gestured with a hand, a height not very tall. "Very young, I do not remember what age exactly. It was then that I was sent away from home." Which didn't have to do with the Shallas yet, but it would only bring up more questions if he didn't start at that point. "Tamaran was in a war, and I was sent to grow up somewhere else, somewhere safer, in case something would happen to the royal family, that I would still be safe somewhere else."

Is it a crime to want to build a snowman with the person that she's fond of? Courtney certainly didn't think it was. Besides, Mipsy and Miranda had better things to do than to play in the snow. The blonde didn't like the way the redhead reacted to her though..like she was annoyed by her presence. This actually upset her.
