I'm going to add Decode by Paramore (especially during season 1), Glimpse of Us by Joji for during the time they're separated (and Omega is essentially Crosshair's replacement in the squad), and Save Your Tears by The Weeknd for when Crosshair comes back.

The show soundtrack is full of Crosshunt themes. "Weren't Loyal To Me" is their breakup song, the end of "Reunion" is the the-ex-boyfriend-who-I-still-love-is-back theme, and "They Always Work It Out" is their makeup song.

i can’t stop thinking about how tragic they are. so i had to put a playlist together for it. i also edit them (scftforahsoka on instagram) so those songs are also in this playlist.

they make me want to rip my heart out and turn myself inside out. every time i watch them bicker, especially in episodes 15&16 of s1, i can’t stop thinking about how much they love / care for each other. and how deep their relationship goes towards each other. in Clone Force 99, they were THE duo. they can’t live without one another. no idea how Hunter is keeping himself together.

this playlist consists of hot/ sexy songs but also heartbreak / sad songs. right up their dynamic.

look I know I mentioned this a little while ago but I am fascinated with crosshair's incredibly consistent relationship with leadership vs. following. he has no will! no purpose! no direction! leave him alone and he ends up like he was on tantiss, depressed and apathetic! he is so so desperate to find meaning and direction in other people all the time. he defaults to hunter, i think, but he's also obviously capable of switching it when he wants to. to the empire, and then from there to cody and mayday, and losing them is what makes him snap. he will turn to literally anyone. defer to anyone. even omega. even when it's a terrible idea. and he hates it so much. i'd be willing to bet that's why his relationship with hunter is so consistently fraught; he wants so badly to be independent or to lead but he can't. so he lashes out at the one person he's followed his whole life.
